This guide covers the management of open offers and the offer list, including instructions for basic and advanced search of offers, column customization, and sending.
The open offers list can be accessed from Sales > Offers > Open Offers. The view displays sales offers that have not been archived.
The offer list can be accessed from Sales > Offers > Offer List. The offer list also shows offers that have been archived. At the top of the views, there are four tabs that allow navigation between Open Offers, Open Sales Orders, Offer List, and Sales Order List.

Basic search
With the basic search, you can search for sales offers based on the offer number, reference number, customer, or business id.
- Enter the offer number, reference number, customer, or business id in the search field.
- From the dropdown menu on the right side of the search field, select one or more search terms if you want to refine the search.
- Keep the search window open when you want the selected search criteria to be included in the search.
- Close the search window when you want to use the basic search without separate search factors.

Advanced search
With the advanced search, the search can be limited by one or more search criteria. Search criteria can be added and deleted with the "+" and "-" buttons. The search can be saved for later use from "Save changes". After this, the saved search is shown in the Open Offers view on the right side of the search fields.
- Open the advanced search.
- Add search criteria by selecting the "+" button.
- Delete search criteria by selecting the "-" button.
- Define the search criteria you want.
- Select "Save changes" when you want to save the search for later use.
- Use the saved search from the selection shown on the right side of the search fields in the Open Offers view.
Show columns
With the Show columns function, you can define what information is displayed in the list. The selections are saved and remain the same when you return to the view.
- Open the Show columns function.
- Select the information you want to display in the list.
- Select "Update view" so that the column selections are saved.
Group
With the Group function, you can define the basis for grouping the list or remove the grouping entirely. By default, the grouping is Status.
- Open the Group function.
- Select the field by which you want to group the list.
- Select the option that removes the grouping entirely if you do not want grouping.
Update view
With the Update view function, the changes made to columns and grouping are saved.
- Make the changes you want to the columns and grouping.
- Select "Update view" so that the changes are saved.
Restore defaults
The Restore defaults function restores the default settings and selections.
- Select "Restore defaults" when you want to restore the original settings and selections in the view.
Save as Excel file
With the Save as Excel file function, the list is exported to Excel.
- Select "Save as Excel file" when you want to export the list to Excel.
Row-specific action buttons
With the blue arrow button at the end of the row, it is possible to handle an individual offer.
- Find the offer to be handled in the list.
- Select the blue arrow button at the end of the row.
- Select the action you want for the offer from the options that open.

The offer-specific actions mentioned above can also be performed on multiple offers at once. When offers are selected, the action buttons at the bottom of the page are activated according to what actions can be taken on the selected offers.
- Check all offers for which you want to perform the same action.
- Check at the bottom of the page which action buttons are activated based on the selected offers.
- Select the action button you want to perform the action for all selected offers.
Actions
Through the Actions menu, it is possible to perform the listed actions on multiple offers at once. From the Open Offers view, it is also possible to send an offer. The offer sending process uses the customer information to select the channel.
- Open the Open Offers view.
- Select one or more offers for which you want to perform an action.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select from the list the action you want to perform on the selected offers.
- Select the sending action when you want to send the offer.
- Confirm the sending in the offer sending process, where the channel is selected based on the customer information.
