Netvisor ID is a free of charge sign in application for Netvisor computer version, Netvisor mobile application and Visma Manager application. It is an alternative for signing in with Bank ID or Mobile ID. The identification methods used in the app are PIN-code or biometrical identification. 

The app is available for Netvisor users that are listed in some company´s "Users and roles" list. If a person is added as an employee but not as an actual user, this service is unavailable.

Installation 

There are two different ways to start using this app.

Download the Netvisor ID application from the App Store or Google Play. The installation links you as a Netvisor user to the application.

In both installation alternatives you will need your Bank ID or Mobile ID.

A) Connect with activation code

B) Connect with Bank ID or Mobile ID

A) Start by signing in to Netvisor on suomi.netvisor.fi web page using your Bank ID or Mobile ID. Navigate to Own name > User settings > Netvisor ID tab. Send a confirmation code to your mobile phone by sms. Enter the code to the web page and you will get an activation code next. Open the Netvisor ID application and select "Activation code" as a connection method. Enter the activation code in the app and "connect". Now you are asked to to create a PIN-code for later use. The installation is done now. 

B) Open the application and select Bank ID or Mobile ID as a connection method. Sign in. Next you need to order a confirmation code. The code is delivered as a sms. Enter the confirmation code to the application. Now you are asked to create a PIN-code for later use. The installation is done now.

If your user information doesn´t have a phone number in the "System communication" settings, the application asks you to enter your number before the confirmation code phase.

Logging in to Netvisor

Netvisor fullversion

Go to suomi.netvisor.fi and choose "Login service with Netvisor ID".

Enter your phone number and click "Identify". The application receives a request to confirm the login. Compare the security code shown on web page to the security code shown on Netvisor ID app. If they compare, confirm the login with PIN-code or other biometrical identification method.

 

Netvisor mobile application

You only need Netvisor ID for the first time you log in to Netvisor mobile application. Your personal PIN-code for the Netvisor mobile app will be created in the login process. You can use it later.

First open the Netvisor mobile application. Select "Netvisor ID" as a login method. Enter your phone number and continue. The Netvisor ID application will receive a request to confirm the login. Make sure the security code for this particular login matches the one that Netvisor mobile application just showed. Confirm then the login with your Netvisor ID PIN-code. Then return to Netvisor mobile application and create a PIN-code for that app. In the future you don´t need Netvisor ID to log in to Netvisor mobile app anymore. You can use the PIN-code you have created.

Visma Manager

Open the Visma Manager app. Choose Netvisor service. Enter your phone number and click "Login". Have a good look at the security code. You will receive a confirmation request from the Netvisor ID app. Before confirming, make sure the security code shown before matches now showed one. When logging in for the first time you need to read and accept the terms and conditions.

Inviting a foreign user to use Netvisor with Netvisor ID (not working from 10.3.2022)

Whenever a person has Finnish Bank ID or Mobile ID they use those to activate Netvisor ID.

Only those who have both a foreign nationality and non Finnish Bank ID or Mobile ID need to be invited to use Netvisor with Netvisor ID.

The invitation can be sent by a user that has access rights such as "Accounting office´s administrator" (TPK) or "User administrator" (KH). 

Instructions to inviter

Add new user to the program via Company name > Users and roles > Add new user. Give all required information and make sure you enter user´s phone number in international format. It is required that you attach a PDF-file or a picture file of user´s formal identity document (max. size 10 MB).

Send an invitation by text message or email. You are all done now.

Instructions to invited person

You will receive an invitation to use Netvisor with Netvisor ID application. It is either delivered by email or sms. Open the link and enter a confirmation code that you will receive by sms. Then you need to order an activation code. Open the Netvisor ID application and select "Connect with activation code". Enter received activation code and create a PIN-code for the app for later use. Now you are able to use Netvisor ID app to sign in to Netvisor on computer, to Netvisor mobile application and to Visma Manager application.

FAQ

What should I do if I change my phone or my phone gets lost and it has Netvisor ID activated?

If you have Finnish Bank ID or Mobile ID > log in to Netvisor with computer and disable Netvisor ID in your User settings. Redo the connection phase then.

If you don´t have Finnish Bank ID or Mobile ID > ask your company´s "Accounting office´s administrator" (TPK) or "User administrator" (KH) to invite you to use Netvisor ID again.

What should I do if Netvisor ID application doesn´t work?

Try to locate where and how the problem occurs. Many times the problem is resolved by following steps:

1. Disable Netvisor ID on computer in your User settings
2. Uninstall application
3. Reinstall Netvisor ID application
4. Redo the installation process

How ever if that does not help, please contact our customer service. Make sure to give as much information about the problem as possible. Such information as application´s version number and support ID are required. Those can be found in the app´s Settings and help menu´s left down corner.

I entered my PIN-code four times incorrectly and Netvisor ID requests to enter safety code. What should I do?

Disable Netvisor ID on computer in your User settings. Redo installation. If you have been invited to use Netvisor ID, ask for a new invitation.
