Company menu
You can view and manage the active company by selecting the company name in the upper left corner of the Netvisor user interface.
The active company is shown in the upper left corner of the Netvisor user interface. When you click the company name, a menu opens where you can find all functions related to company management.

Follow these steps when you want to change the company or set the default login company:
- Select the active company name in the upper left corner of Netvisor.
- Open the company menu by selecting the triangle next to the company name.
- Change the company:
- Select the desired company name from the list, or
- type the company name in the search field and select the company from the search results.
- Select the company you use the most as the default login company by selecting "Set as default login company" below the company search.
If you have rights to more than eight companies, not all companies are shown directly in the company listing. You can view the full list via the magnifying glass button. You can also set your frequently used companies in the quick menu, so that access to them will be faster in the future.
When you have rights to more than eight companies, proceed as follows:
- Select the magnifying glass button in the company menu to display the full company list.
- Find the desired company from the list or by using the search field.
- Set the companies you use frequently in the quick menu so that you can access them faster in the future.
User menu
You can view and edit your own basic information and the user interface language by selecting the user menu at the top of Netvisor.
Through the user menu, you can view and edit your own basic information via the "My basic settings" link. It is good to keep your e-mail address and phone number up to date so that Netvisor's automatic system messages reach you. You can also change the user interface language between Finnish, English, and Swedish.
Change your own basic information and language as follows:
- Select the user menu at the top of Netvisor.
- Select "My basic settings".
- Check and update your e-mail address and phone number so that Netvisor's automatic system messages reach you.
- Select the user interface language: Finnish, English, or Swedish.
- Save your changes.

Other functions
You can use the additional functions in the top bar of Netvisor by selecting the icons and links at the top as shown in the image below.
In the menu at the top of Netvisor, you can also find the functions shown in the picture below.

Use the functions in the top bar of Netvisor as follows:
- NetBoxi
- Use NetBox for secure and efficient transfer of payroll information.
- Write a message directly to the Payroll accountants.

- Select the Log out button when you want to log out of Netvisor.
- Note that the Service logout time / timeout is two hours if you do not make any changes regarding saving or editing during this time or change the view in use.
Section menus
You can open the Service section menus by moving the mouse over the section name in the top menu of Netvisor.
The menus are opened by moving the mouse over them. If the user does not have the right to the Service section or any function under it, the section is shown in gray in the menu with a picture of a lock.
Use the section menus as follows:
- Move the mouse over the desired Service section title in the top menu of Netvisor.
- View the submenus that open and select the desired function.
- Note that if you do not have rights to the Service section or any function under it, the section is shown in gray with a lock icon.

Create new function
You can quickly create new items by using the shortcut section on the left side of Netvisor.
In the menu on the left, there is a shortcut section where, within the scope of user rights, the user is shown the quick functions of the Service sections in use for creating new items.
Use the Create new function as follows:
- Select the shortcut section on the left side of Netvisor.
- View the list of quick functions of the Service sections available according to your user rights.
- Select the desired quick function to create a new item in the selected Service section.
