Open and paid bank transfers view and access rights

In this view, unsent bank transfers, tax transfers, and possible external bank transfers are listed, as well as those in the payment service and paid bank transfers.

Access to the view depends on the bank transfer right in the function-specific rights.

  • No rights: the user cannot access the Open and Paid Bank Transfers view, nor can they create new bank transfers
  • Browsing rights: the user can access the Open and Paid Bank Transfers view but cannot create new bank transfers or edit existing ones. This right can be granted, for example, to auditors to access the view
  • Editing rights: the user can access the Open and Paid Bank Transfers view, create new bank transfers, and edit existing bank transfers

Payment of bank transfers requires rights from Sales and Purchase Ledgers (Company Menu > Sales and Purchase Ledgers Rights) for the bank transfer payer and editing rights in the function-specific rights for the payment section.

If the user does not have the "Bank Transfer Payer" right in the Sales and Purchase Ledgers rights, they will only see the bank transfers they have created themselves in the Open and Paid Bank Transfers view. If the user has bank transfer approver rights, they will see the bank transfers of other individuals as well.

In the bank transfer view, you can search for bank transfers using a keyword, and the search criteria can include the recipient's name, reference, or possible message.

Filter by: The view can be filtered with open bank transfers, and paid bank transfers can also be included from the dropdown menu.

Show only self-created: You can choose whether to display all bank transfers or only those created by yourself. The option to show "all" is available when the user has the accountant role, auditor role, or in the ledger rights, the bank transfer payer or bank transfer approver rights. In this case, you can uncheck the option to show only self-created.

Deleting bank transfers

Bank transfers can be deleted in bulk if they are not intended to be paid. An individual bank transfer can also be deleted by pressing the icon at the end of the row and selecting delete.

Bank transfer payment

When you want to pay a desired bank transfer, check its selection box and press the Send for Payment button. You can select multiple bank transfers for payment at the same time. The system will move to the bank transfer payment view, from which you can proceed by pressing the Send for Payment button. If the bank transfer's due date was in the past, a payment date will be set by default during the payment phase. The same logic also applies to external bank transfers.

It is advisable to have the email address and/or phone number saved in the bank transfer payer's personal information. This way, they will receive a message if the payment fails for some reason.
When you press the Send for Payment button, a payment message is sent from Netvisor to the bank, which processes it on the due date.
Once the bank transfer has been sent for payment, it moves to the In Payment Service status and is cleared from this status when the bank statement for the bank transfer's payment date arrives in the system. An accounting voucher is not automatically created; it must be done manually during the bank transfer processing. An exception is a tax transfer created from the tax account view, which is marked as paid and an accounting voucher is automatically created.

Bank transfer search function and sorting columns

You can search for existing bank transfers by recipient's name, reference, or message. Additionally, you can sort the bank transfer view according to the row headers by clicking the name of the row header.

If you want to delete, edit, or copy a bank transfer template, you can do so by clicking the button at the end of the bank transfer row.
