This help instructs you on how to view customer-specific overdue receivables.
You can open the view by selecting Sales > Interest and Collection > Customer-specific Collection. The report also takes into account any payment plans, which are visible on the right side of the view.
In the view, you can edit the contents of the report as follows:
- Press the "Select Fields" button and choose the fields you want to display.
- Select the desired grouping from the "Group" menu.
- In the "Filter" section, select for example the customer name from the dropdown menu and type the desired customer’s name in the adjacent box.
- Press the "Update View" button so that your selections are updated in the view.
- Save the data with your search criteria by selecting the "Save as Excel File" link.
At the top right of the page, you can limit receivables that have been overdue for a certain period, for example, 5 days.
- Enter the desired number of days.
- Press the "Show" button.
