The customer group report allows you to track the development of sales per customer over a selected time period. The report enables comparison of changes and adjustment of time periods according to your needs.
The customer group report allows tracking of sales development per customer over a selected time period.
Sales > Reports > Customer Group Report
You can open the view by selecting Sales > Reports > Customer Group Report.
- Click the customer’s name to open the customer-specific Product group report for the active time period.
Comparison - The menu offers three different comparison methods:
- Percentage change from the previous time period
- Percentage change from the previous financial period
- Percentage of the customer group total
Time period - The menu offers three different time periods:
- Monthly periods
- Quarterly periods
- Financial period ranges
If the time period selected is Financial period or Quarterly, the year displayed can be changed above the table using the "<<(year) and (year)>>" options:
- Select <<(year) to move to the previous year.
- Select (year)>> to move to the next year.
If the time period selected is Monthly, the "<<Previous and Next>>" functions are also available (one click moves the table by one month).
- Select <<Previous to move to the previous month.
- Select Next>> to move to the next month.
- Note that one click moves the table by one month.
