Table of contents
You can deliver a payslip to an employee by sending it to the e-salary service, printing service, or printing it locally. The delivery method is determined by the choice in the employee's basic information.

The default delivery method for a payslip is E-salary, if the company uses the E-salary service and the employee has a bank account number and BIC code saved. Check the settings from the path:
Company menu > Electronic service channels

The program categorizes employees into e-salary, printing service, and local printing. Local printing is possible in all options.

The printing service automatically sends payslips to the employee. Proceed as follows:
- Select the print format and dispatch category for the payslip in the printing service.
- Press "Send and mark as printed".
Note the schedules: Materials sent from Netvisor before 00:00 are processed by the printing service on the same day. After this, they are transferred to Posti for handling and distribution according to the selected dispatch category.
If the employee has selected the company as an approved sender in the Netposti service, the payslips are transferred to Netposti. Netposti is an external service offered by Posti and does not create additional functions in Netvisor. More information can be obtained from Posti's website or customer service.

3) Print selected
Local printing means that the payslip is not sent electronically forward, but is handled manually. Proceed as follows:
- Print or save the opened PDF file.
- Press the button "Mark as printed" in the upper corner of the view.
- After this, the payslips are marked as printed and you can proceed in the payroll process.

Note: Payslips cannot be sent directly to employees' email addresses from Netvisor. Sending by email as a protected or encrypted file is not possible according to the regulations of the Personal Data Act.
