In Rackbeat, you can make an internal transfer by going to Stock - Transport Transfers.
If you want to track the movement of goods between different locations more closely, you can utilize internal transport transfer. This is necessary if, for example, the goods are relatively valuable and you want an acknowledgement of receipt. After recording the internal transfer, the product will appear in the designated transport stock until the product is acknowledged as received.
Tip: You can create a "temporary" location for your use (e.g., "transport"). You can use this as an interim location if you are transferring products from one stock to another. This way, you can track which products are in transit.

Transport transfer is initiated from the create button
Enter the expected arrival date
From which stock the product is picked up.
To which stock the product is delivered
Transport stock is a temporary location used when products are being transferred.
Select the products to be transferred.
Then record the transfer.
Recording the internal transfer moves the products from the ?? to the transport stock.
When the goods arrive, they are received.
Create receipt
This indicates that the transferred load has arrived at the destination. You can change what was delivered after the receipt is created.
The final receipt is made through the edit button and then press receive. The goods are received on the given receipt date.
Acknowledgement of receipt moves the products from the transport location to the receiving location, and a stock transfer also occurs in the background from the transport stock to the target stock.
