Päättyneet palvelut:
Seuraavien palveluntarjoajien palvelut ovat päättyneet eikä niitä enää käytetä Netvisorin tuottamiseen:

Muutos alikäsittelijälistaukseen – Microsoft Azure:
Microsoft Azure on siirretty palveluntarjoajalistauksesta Trust Centremme alikäsittelijälistaukseen. Azure-alustaa käytetään asiakaspalvelun tekoälyassistentin Vispertin ylläpitoon. Vispertti on OpenAI-pohjainen ratkaisu, joka auttaa käsittelemään asiakaspalvelutikettejä sekä muuttaa puheluita tekstiksi.

We have updated the service provider listings for Netvisor. Below is a summary of the changes.
Discontinued services:
The following service providers are no longer used in delivering Netvisor:
Elisa Oyj – all services discontinued
Google Ireland Ltd (Google Cloud Platform) – all services discontinued
Update to sub-processor list – Microsoft Azure:
Microsoft Azure has been moved from the hosting provider listing to the sub-processor listing in our Trust Centre. Azure is used to run Vispertti, our AI-powered customer service assistant. Vispertti is an OpenAI-based solution that helps processing customer service tickets and transcribing phone calls to text.
