For customers that are using Netvisor Order it's quite tricky and performance intensive to get delivery date delimitation.

First you have to delimitate begininvoicedate - endinvoicedate for a long enough span and then fetch all Orders, to get their DeliveryDate

I have a customer having up to two years long orders and have had to use extra dB and memory cashing to get for example - Delivery this week

I really think there should be DeliveryDate in salesinvoicelist.nv and 

begindeliverydate - enddeliverydate params
