Login with Netvisor ID
With Netvisor ID application, you can easily and reliably sign into Netvisor with PIN- code or fingerprint. The application is an alternative for signing in with Bank or mobile ID. You can also accept transactions and receive topical information about the service.
Inviting foreign user to Netvisor
Foreign user can be added by the company's User administrator (KH) or Accounting office’s administrator (TPK). This can be done by clicking "Add new user" on the left corner. When the foreign user's country and social security number have been added, press "Check user". After this the view looks like this:
At this point the user administrator has to confirm the identity of the foreign user by adding a copy of his/her identity document. After the document has been added, click "I confirm that my personal data is correct".
After this you can choose whether you want to send the invitation by text message or by email. After sending the invitation you will get a view in which you are able to resend or cancel the invitation:
When the invitation has been sent, the foreign user should now open the link which was sent to him/her by text message or email. The language of the view is the one that has been chosen for the system.
Installation with activation code
Download Netvisor ID application from your phone’s application store. The application can be downloaded from Apple’s App Store and from Google Play.
At this moment it is good to add your mobile number into your personal information in Netvisor by choosing User settings. After saving you mobile number, you may open Netvisor ID- tab.
Now the view should look like this:
Press “Send confirmation code”. After this you will receive a text message including the confirmation code. Enter the code in Netvisor to the empty space and press “Confirm”.

Now you are ready to start using Netvisor ID. It is possible to connect to your Netvisor user account with an Activation code.
Click “Get activation code” and enter the activation code for Netvisor ID application.
In the application you should now choose “Activation code”.
Enter the code to your phone and press “Connect”. Your account has now been connected. Click “Activate”, create a PIN- code and finally press “Finished”.
The home screen opens in the application and from “Messages and notifications” you will find our welcome.
In Netvisor, the Netvisor ID- tab now shows the number, into which the application is connected. You are also now able to activate “Security code”:
Enter the code you desire and press “Activate”. After this you will receive a notification that the “Security code” is in use. By choosing “Disable” under the "Security code"- box, you can delete the feature.
Logging in to Netvisor
You can log in from Netvisor log in page (suomi.netvisor.fi) by choosing “Netvisor ID”. Write your mobile number and click “Identify”.
If you have chosen to use “Security code”, this will be asked next. After entering this code, press again “Identify”.
After this you will see a confirmation code on the screen (on left) and receive a notification to your phone (on right), in which you are asked to confirm your signing in to Netvisor.
Please ensure, that the confirmation code is shown in your phone before entering your PIN-code. After making sure that the codes match, press “Confirm”. Enter now the PIN- code that you earlier created and again press “Confirm”.
Now you will receive a notification that logging in to Netvisor has succeeded. If you later wish to change the way to identify, for example to fingerprint, logging in is confirmed this way in the future. You can do this from your application’s settings.
If you wish to stop signing in, you can click "Cancel login" in the browser's left corner.
You can find Settings and help- menu from the home screen of the application. By clicking this you will get four different options:
Start by giving the PIN- code you have earlier created. In the view that now opens, you can change your PIN- code.
You are also able to choose if you want to protect Settings only or All views.
At this Verification- menu you can also change the way to verify to Fingerprint.
In the future the verification then happens with your fingerprint.
2. Safety code
You will need your safety code, if you forget your PIN- code or lose your device. Write down this safety code for this kind of incidents.
In this view you can find the devices that are connected to your Netvisor user account. At the moment Netvisor ID- application can be active only in one device.
Under "Application use" you can get information on how to use the application and also explore frequently asked questions.
From "Other"- menu you are able to read more about privacy settings.
Disable Netvisor ID
If you wish to disable Netvisor ID, you can do that by choosing User settings > Netvisor ID and clicking "Disable" on the left side of the view.
Netvisor ID- account also deactivates if you change or delete your phone number in Netvisor from your User settings.
What should I do if Netvisor ID- application doesn't work?
Contact our support, and if possible, please tell us the Version- and Support ID- codes. These codes can be found from Settings and help- menu's left corner. If it is not possible to give these codes, please inform us what is the mobile phone, model and operating system, you are using.
What should I do if my phone gets lost and has Netvisor ID activated?
Log in to Netvisor with your bank ID and disable Netvisor ID from your User settings.
I entered my PIN code four times incorrectly and Netvisor ID requests to enter safety code. Where can I get a safety code?
The safety code found in the Netvisor ID settings is required to open the application in a situation where the PIN code is forgotten. The safety code should be written down right after the application has been activated. If you have not written down the safety code and forget your PIN code, follow these steps.
1. Delete Netvisor ID account in Netvisor User settings
2. Delete Netvisor ID application from your phone
3. Download the Netvisor ID application again
4. Reactivate the installation.
If the person in question is a foreign user, he or she needs to request the user administrator to delete the Netvisor ID account and to send a new invitation.
Can a foreigner, who does not have Finnish bank ID, log in to Netvisor with the application?
Yes. A foreign user can use Netvisor ID and log in to the service. The user administrator or accounting office's main user should create an invitation in Netvisor to allow the person who does not have the bank ID to activate the application. Finnish users always activate the application using bank ID.
Why must phone number be confirmed when activating Netvisor ID?
When logging in with Netvisor ID, the username is the phone number saved in Netvisor User settings. To be sure that the phone number is correct, the phone number will be asked to be confirmed when starting to use Netvisor ID. The confirmation message is delivered via text message to the phone number that will be confirmed. If another user has already confirmed the phone number, the activation will not succeed.
What is a security code?
A security code can be used to confirm identification by phone number. It will be enabled in Netvisor ID settings when logged in to Netvisor. When the security code is enabled, Netvisor login page will ask the security code in addition to phone number.
Can I use Netvisor ID for anything else than logging in to Netvisor?
In the future in addition to logging in, it is possible to confirm transactions, such as payments, by using the app. The publication of the approval function will be informed later.
Can I use Netvisor ID application on multiple phones?
For now this is not possible.
