You can open the view or perform an action by selecting Key Figures and Management Reporting > Key Figure Calculation.
All key figures, including those defined by the user, are pre-calculated based on the previous day's data. If you want a completely real-time situation, calculate the values manually.
Start the recalculation of key figures when you want to include all the latest transactions. The calculation takes from a few seconds to several tens of seconds.
Proceed as follows the first time you start using the Key Figures and Management Reporting function:
- Open the Key Figure Calculation view.
- Select the two lowest options in the calculation view.
- Start the calculation.
After the first calculation, the system will automatically calculate the key figures overnight.
Perform the calculation manually if you want a real-time balance from the Controller section in terms of bookkeeping. An active period refers to the active financial period.
