Procountor
Preparation of data obtained from Procountor
1. Journal material
The journal can be found in the Procountor program under Reporting > Bookkeeping reports (or alternatively under Bookkeeping > Bookkeeping reports), when Journal is selected from the Bookkeeping report type menu in the search criteria.
2. Dimensions for the journal report
The presentation method selection determines how the journal transaction rows are presented.
By transaction, dimensions visible presentation method opens the bookkeeping transaction details and dimension columns visible in the journal. For each dimension, there is a separate column named according to the dimension name, and the columns show to which items the bookkeeping transaction has been allocated for that dimension.
3. Excel download and save in CSV format
The journal data can be transferred to Excel format using the Excel buttons.
After downloading the material, the first 20 rows must be deleted from the Procountor journal. After this, the material is saved in CSV format (Comma delimited / List separator). At the same time, check that the content of the material is in order, for example, the length of the specification field is a maximum of 255 characters. Detailed information can be found in the bookkeeping data import help.
