1.12.2026 alkaen yhtiömme nimi muuttuu Visma Solutions Oy:stä Netvisor Solutions Oy:ksi. Samalla tuomme osan ohjelmistoistamme Netvisor-tuoteperheeseen, joka kattaa liiketoiminnan keskeiset osa-alueet taloushallinnosta ja palkoista sopimuksiin, asiakkaiden tunnistamiseen ja projekteihin.
Netvisor-tuoteperheeseen kuuluvat Netvisor, Visma Sign, Netvisor KYC, Netvisor Verkkopalkka (1.1.2027 asti Maventa Verkkopalkka) ja Severa.
Muut tuotteemme, kuten Fivaldi ja Fabric AI, jatkavat nykyisillä nimillään. Visma Novan nimi on 1.12.2026 alkaen Nova.
Nimenmuutos on askel kohti ekosysteemiä, joka kokoaa tuotteemme, tiimimme ja kumppanimme entistä tiiviimmin yhteen. Palvelumme toimivat kuten ennenkin, ja taustallamme on edelleen tuttu Visma.
Mikä ei muutu?
Palvelu toimii kuten ennenkin ja voit kirjautua sisään normaalisti. Tavoitat myös asiakaspalvelun tutuista kanavista. Nimenmuutos ei muuta rajapintoja eikä nykyisiä integraatioita.
Mitä sinun pitää tehdä?
1. Päivitä uusi nimi toimittajarekisteriin
Uusi yhtiönimi Netvisor Solutions Oy näkyy laskuilla ja sopimuksissa 1.12.2026 alkaen. Suosittelemme päivittämään sen toimittajarekisteriin.
Muita tietoja ei tarvitse muuttaa. Y-tunnus, verkkolaskuosoite ja pankkitiedot pysyvät ennallaan. Muutos ei vaikuta sopimuksiin.
2. Päivitä uusi lähettäjäosoite sallittuihin lähettäjiin
Tammikuusta alkaen uutiskirjeemme ja tärkeät tiedotteet tulevat sähköpostilla osoitteista, jotka päättyvät @info.netvisorsolutions.com (aiemmin @info.vismasolutions.com).
Jos käytät suodatussääntöjä tai sallittujen lähettäjien listaa, päivitä niihin uusi osoite. Voit myös lisätä meidät yhteystietoihisi. Viestit on todennettu SPF-, DKIM- ja DMARC-tarkistuksilla.
Näin tunnistat aidot viestimme
Nimenmuutokset ovat huijareille otollinen hetki, sillä uuden nimen alla lähetetty väärennetty viesti tai lasku voi näyttää aidolta. Huomioi seuraavat asiat:
Emme koskaan pyydä salasanaa sähköpostitse tai linkin kautta.
Emme koskaan pyydä muuttamaan pankki- tai maksutietoja sähköpostitse. Jos tilinumeron vaihtoa pyydetään nimenmuutokseen vedoten, viesti ei ole meiltä.
Aito lasku tulee samoilla pankkitiedoilla kuin ennenkin.
Tarkista lähettäjän osoite huolellisesti, koska huijausviestin osoite voi muistuttaa aitoa. Siinä voi olla esimerkiksi ylimääräinen väliviiva tai yksi kirjain vaihdettuna.

As of December 1, 2026, our company name will change from Visma Solutions Oy to Netvisor Solutions Oy. At the same time, we are bringing several of our software solutions under the Netvisor product family, which covers key business operations from financial management and payroll to contracts, customer identification (KYC), and project management.
The Netvisor product family includes Netvisor, Visma Sign, Netvisor KYC, Netvisor Verkkopalkka (known as Maventa Verkkopalkka until January 1, 2027), and Severa.
Our other products, such as Fivaldi and Fabric AI, will continue under their current names. Visma Nova will be known simply as Nova as of December 1, 2026.
This name change is a step toward an ecosystem that connects our products, teams, and partners even more closely. Our services will continue to function as before, and the familiar Visma remains behind us.
What will not change?
The service works just as before, and you can log in normally. Customer support can also be reached through the same familiar channels. The name change does not affect APIs or existing integrations.
What do you need to do?
1. Update the new company name in your vendor records
The new company name, Netvisor Solutions Oy, will appear on invoices and contracts starting December 1, 2026. We recommend updating it in your vendor register.
No other details need to be changed. Our Business ID (Y-tunnus), e-invoicing address, and banking details remain the same. The change does not affect existing contracts.
2. Add the new sender address to your safe senders list
Starting in January, our newsletters and key announcements will be sent from email addresses ending in @info.netvisorsolutions.com (previously @info.vismasolutions.com)
If you use email filter rules or an allowlist/safe senders list, please update them with the new address domain. You can also add us to your contacts. All emails are authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification.
How to recognize authentic messages from us
Name changes create opportunities for fraudsters, as a fake invoice or fraudulent message sent under a new name can easily appear genuine. Please keep the following in mind:
We will never ask for your password via email or through a link.
We will never ask you to change bank or payment details via email. If you receive a request to change our bank account number citing the company name change, the message is not from us.
Authentic invoices will display the exact same banking details as before.
Check the sender address carefully; fraudulent addresses often closely mimic authentic ones (for instance, containing an extra hyphen or a single substituted character).
If an email seems suspicious, do not click on any links. Log in to the service as usual and report the message to us at [email protected].
