Tällä viikolla julkaisimme seuraavat muutokset:

Myynti

• Teimme muutoksen OP Laskulainan laskuille 9.10.2025 voimaan tulleen EU:n pikamaksuasetuksen myötä. Mikäli yrityksesi käyttää OP Laskulainaa, maksun saajana laskuilla näkyy jatkossa rahoitusyhtiön virallinen nimi.
• Muutimme aputoiminimen nimi-kentän maksimimerkkimäärän 200 merkkiin

Store

• Laajensimme palveluvalikoimaamme, ja voit nyt aktivoida Kassavirta Plus myyntilaskurahoitus-palvelun Netvisor Storesta. Lue palvelusta lisää Communitystamme

Palkat

• Lisäsimme Työajan tehohallintaan työaikakirjausten tilakohtaiset summat.
• Paransimme Palkkamallin muotoilunäkymää. Jatkossa Tallenna-nappi nousee sivulla näkyviin kohtaan, jossa käyttäjä tekee muutoksia.
• Lisäsimme Työaikaraportti asiakkaittain ja Päiväerittelyt kohtaan sarakkeen Asiakaskoodi. Tämä mahdollistaa Myynnin Asiakaslistauksessa lisätyn Asiakaskoodin näyttämisen raportilla.
• Lisäsimme Palkanlaskennan asetuksiin mahdollisuuden muuttaa palkansaajan tilinumero-pakolliseksi tiedoksi. Kun kohta valitaan, tulee kaikille palkansaajille palkansaajan perustietoihin tilinumeron lisäys pakottavaksi tiedoksi.

Kirjanpito

• Julkaisimme vuoden 2025 syksyn tuloverolomakkeet 2, 2C, 2Y, 5, 6A sekä liitelomakkeet 7B, 7C, 8B, 12A, 18B, 62, 67A, 67Y, 70, 73B
• Lisäsimme uuden huomautuksen Poikkeukset ja huomiot widgettiin, jos kuluva tilikausi on viimeinen luotu tilikausi.
• Paransimme kassavirtaennusteen käytettävyyttä ja kassavirtaennusteessa myynti- ja ostotilaukset käyttävät nyt rivikohtaista toimituspäivää tilauskohtaisen toimituspäivän sijaan, mikäli rivikohtainen toimituspäivä on annettu. (41/2025)

Integraatiot

• Voit jatkossa hakea seuraavat urakan tiedot getpurchaseinvoice.nv resurssilla: urakan nimi, numero ja sopimusnumero. Purchaseinvoice.nv resurssilla voit tuoda laskurivikohtaisen urakkatiedon (nimi ja numero)

This week, we released the following changes:

Sales

• We made a change to the OP Laskulaina invoices due to the EU's instant payment regulation that came into effect on October 9, 2025. If your company uses OP Laskulaina, the official name of the finance company will now appear as the payee on the invoices
• We changed the maximum character limit for the auxiliary business name field to 200 characters

Store

• We expanded our service offering, and you can now activate the Kassavirta Plus sales invoice financing service from the Netvisor Store

Salaries

• We added state-specific totals to the Extended management of working hours.
• We improved the layout view of the Salary model editing. In the future, the Save button will appear on the part of the page where the user makes changes.
• We added a Customer code column to the Working hours report by customer Day-specific working hours report. This allows the Customer code added to the Sales Customer listing to be displayed in the report.
• We added the option to change the employee's account number to mandatory information in the Payroll settings. When selected, the account number will become mandatory information in the employee's basic information for all employees.

Bookkeeping

• We have released the autumn 2025 income tax return forms 2, 2C, 2Y, 5, and 6A, along with the enclosure forms 7B, 7C, 8B, 12A, 18B, 62, 67A, 67Y, 70, and 73B.
• We added a new note to the Exceptions and notes widget if the current financial year is the latest created fiscal year.
• We improved the usability of the cash flow forecast, and now, in the cash flow forecast, sales and purchase orders use the line-specific delivery date instead of the order-specific delivery date, if the line-specific delivery date is provided. (41/2025)

Integrations

• In the future, you can retrieve the following worksite information using the getpurchaseinvoice.nv resource: worksite name, number, and contract number. With the Purchaseinvoice.nv resource, you can import worksite-specific information for invoice lines (name and number).
