Tietojen tuonti
Fivaldi-tuontiin lisää laskentakohteita
Olemme parantaneet kirjanpitotietojen tuontia Fivaldista. Jatkossa voit tuoda tositteille enintään neljä laskentakohdetta aiemman kahden sijaan. Muutos parantaa Fivaldin tietojen tuonnin käytettävyyttä entisestään.
Laskentakohteiden automaattinen muodostus
Olemme havainneet, että kirjanpitotietojen tuonnissa laskentakohteet ovat muodostuneet automaattisesti liian aikaisessa vaiheessa. Teemme asiaan korjauksen mahdollisimman pian. Laskentakohteiden automaattinen muodostuminen nimen perusteella on poistettu väliaikaisesti käytöstä 16.1.2026 alkaen korjauksen ajaksi. Tiedotamme, kun ominaisuus palautetaan käyttöön.
Palkat
Selkeytys työkorvauksen verokortin luontiin
Olemme poistaneet tarpeettomat kentät näkyvistä tilanteessa, jossa uutta verokorttia luodessa valitaan tyypiksi "Työkorvaus (arvonlisäverovelvollinen)". Tämä selkeyttää näkymää ja vähentää väärinkäsityksiä verokortin tallennuksessa.
Opasteet tyhjille näkymille
Olemme parantaneet Palkkaperusteiden hallinta -sivun käytettävyyttä. Jos sivulla ei ole näytettävää tietoa, koska yhdenkään palkkalajin lähteenä ei ole "Palkansaajan palkkaperusteet", käyttäjälle näytetään nyt selkeä viesti tilanteesta. Viestissä on suora linkki Yrityskohtaiset palkkalajit -sivulle, jossa lähteitä voi tarvittaessa muokata.

Data Import
More dimensions for Fivaldi import
We have improved the import of bookkeeping data from Fivaldi. In the future, you can import up to four dimensions (cost objects) for vouchers instead of the previous two. This change improves reporting accuracy when transferring data to Netvisor.
Automatic creation of cost objects
We have identified that in the accounting data import, cost objects have been automatically created at too early a stage. We will implement a fix for this as soon as possible. The automatic creation of cost objects based on name is disabled temporarily starting January 16, 2026, for the duration of the repair work. We will inform you when the feature is enabled again.
Salaries
Clarification for Work Compensation tax card creation
We have removed unnecessary fields from the view when "Work Compensation (VAT liable)" is selected as the type when creating a new tax card. This clarifies the view and reduces misunderstandings when saving tax card details.
Guidance for empty views
We have improved the usability of the Management of salary bases page. If there is no content to display on the page (because no salary types are sourced from "Salary bases"), a clear message is now shown to the user explaining the situation. The message includes a direct link to the Company-specific salary types page, where sources can be edited if necessary.
Integrations
Rackbeat contact persons on invoices
The Rackbeat integration has been deepened. We have enabled the importing of contact person information from Rackbeat directly to Netvisor sales invoices. This has been implemented by enabling the contactperson.nv API resource in the integration.
