Netvisorin julkaisutiedote kokoaa yhteen tuotteeseen tehdyt uudistukset, parannukset ja korjaukset. Tiedotteelta löydät sekä pitkän aikavälin kehityssuunnitelman mukaiset tuotejulkaisut että asiakastoiveiden perusteella tunnistetut ja toteutetut muutokset. Tavoitteemme on tehdä Netvisorista aina vain parempi sen jokaiselle käyttäjälle!

Palkat

Uudistettu lomakalenteri

Uudistimme lomakalenteri-raportin ulkoasua ja lisäsimme mahdollisuuden rajata raporttia palkkamalleittain. Uudistunut lomakalenteri löytyy tutusta paikasta Palkat > Lomat > Lomakalenteri. Jatkossa päättyneet työsuhteet eivät näy raportilla oletuksena, mutta ne voidaan lisätä raportin hakuehdoista mukaan valittavaksi hakuun täppäämällä "Näytä myös päättyneet työsuhteet".

Tarkempaa työaikaraportointia

Muutimme työaikaraportin poissaolotapahtuman logiikkaa niin, että jatkossa raportti huomioi ensisijaisesti palkansaajan tietoihin määritellyn viikkotyöajan palkkamallin säännöllisen työajan sijasta.

Palkkahallinnon muita käytettävyysparannuksia:

• Verokorttien nouto: Paransimme verokorttien hakunäkymää siten, että palkansaajan nimen perusteella rajattaessa "Valitse kaikki" -toiminto poimii vain näkyvissä olevat henkilöt eli palkansaajat, jotka on rajattu mukaan hakuun.
• Hylätyt erillisilmoitukset: Lisäsimme automaattisen sähköposti-ilmoituksen erillisilmoituksen epäonnistumisesta. Viesti lähtee palkanlaskijalle, jos viestintäasetuksissa on päällä valinta hylätyistä Tulorekisteri-ilmoituksista.
• Verkkopalkka: Poistimme Handelsbankenin tuettujen verkkopalkkapankkien listalta.

Uudet työehtosopimukset

Päivitimme työehtosopimuksien muutoksia. 1.3.2026 alkaen käytettävissä ovat seuraavat uudet työehtosopimukset:

• 229 Hyvinvointialueen työehtosopimukset
• 230 KT:n yrityssektorin yleinen työehtosopimus
• 231 KT:n yrityssektorin opetushenkilöstön työehtosopimus
• 232 KT:n yrityssektorin henkilöstövuokrausalan työehtosopimus
• 233 KT:n yrityssektorin kuukausipalkkaisten muusikoiden työehtosopimus
• 234 KT:n yrityssektorin lääkäreiden työehtosopimus
• 235 KT:n yrityssektorin sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon henkilöstön työehtosopimus
• 236 KT:n yrityssektorin hyvinvointialan yleinen työehtosopimus

Seuraavat Sovellettava työehtosopimukset poistuvat käytöstä 28.2.2026 jälkeen:

• 17 Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry:n ja Terveys- ja sosiaalialan neuvottelujärjestö TSN ry:n välinen työehtosopimus
• 18 Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry:n opetusalan työehtosopimus
• 19 Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry:n työehtosopimus
• 200 Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry:n ja Suomen Muusikkojen liiton välinen työehtosopimus

Lisäsimme tilitietojen linkitykseen uuden valinnan "Hae koko tilinumerolla", mikä tarkentaa tietojen kohdistamista tuontivaiheessa.

Korjaukset

Olemme korjanneet seuraavat järjestelmässä havaitut virheet varmistaaksemme sujuvan käytön:

Palkat: Estimme virheellisen toimintamallin, joka mahdollisti verkkopalkkalaskelman lähettämisen ulkomaan kansalaiselle käyttämällä "Palkkalaskelmien uudelleenlähetys" -toimintoa.

Sähköinen allekirjoitus: Olemme päivittäneet järjestelmäämme varmistaaksemme, että kaikki sähköisen allekirjoituksen palveluun liittyvät tekstiviestit (kuten kutsut ja muistutukset) kirjautuvat jatkossa osaksi laskun 'Tekstiviesti'-tuotetta. Päivityksen myötä sähköisen allekirjoituksen tekstiviestit laskutetaan nyt samalla tavalla kuin muutkin ohjelmistosta lähetetyt viestit. Muutos takaa, että laskutus vastaa tarkasti toteutunutta käyttöä ja voimassa olevaa hinnastoa.

Salaries

Updated Holiday Calendar 

We have updated the layout of the Holiday calendar report and added the option to filter the report by payroll model. The updated holiday calendar can be found in its usual place: Salaries > Holidays > Holiday calendar. The ended employments will no longer be shown on the report by default, but they can be included by selecting "Show also the ended employments" in the search criteria.

More accurate working time reporting 

We have updated the logic for absence events in the Working time report. Going forward, the report primarily considers the weekly working hours defined in the employee's details instead of the payroll model's regular working hours.

Other usability improvements for payroll administration:

• Retrieving tax cards: We have improved the search view for tax cards so that when filtering by name, the "Select all" function now only selects the currently visible individuals included in the search.

• Failed separate reports: We have added an automatic email notification for failed employer's separate reports. The message is sent to the payroll accountant if the communication setting "Send message about rejected Incomes Register reports" is enabled.

• Online salary: Handelsbanken has been removed from the list of supported online salary banks.

New collective agreements 

We have updated the changes to collective agreements. As of March 1, 2026, the following new collective agreements are available:

• 229 Collective agreements for wellbeing services counties

• 230 KT general collective agreement for the business sector

• 231 KT collective agreement for business sector teaching personnel

• 232 KT collective agreement for business sector labour hire

• 233 KT collective agreement for business sector monthly-paid musicians

• 234 KT collective agreement for business sector doctors

• 235 KT collective agreement for business sector social- and healthcare personnel

• 236 KT general collective agreement for business sector well-being

The following Applicable collective agreements will be deprecated after February 28, 2026:

• 17 Collective agreement between Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry and Terveys- and sosiaalialan neuvottelujärjestö TSN ry

• 18 Avaintyönantajat AVAINTA ry collective agreement for the education sector

Data Import

Bookkeeping data import 

In the bookkeeping data import, a new option "Search with the full account number" was added to the account linking, which improves the accuracy of data allocation during the import phase.

Fixes

We have corrected the following system errors to ensure smooth usage:

Salaries: We have blocked an incorrect process that allowed sending an online earnings statement to a foreign national by using the "Resend earnings statements" function.

Electronic signature: We have updated our system to ensure that all SMS activities related to the electronic signature service – such as invitations and reminders – are now recorded as part of the 'SMS' (Tekstiviesti) product on the invoice. With this update, SMS messages for electronic signatures are now billed in the same way as other messages sent from the software. The change ensures that billing accurately corresponds to actual usage and the current price list.
