Netvisorin julkaisutiedote kokoaa yhteen tuotteeseen tehdyt uudistukset, parannukset ja korjaukset. Tiedotteelta löydät sekä pitkän aikavälin kehityssuunnitelman mukaiset tuotejulkaisut että asiakastoiveiden perusteella tunnistetut ja toteutetut muutokset. Tavoitteemme on tehdä Netvisorista aina vain parempi sen jokaiselle käyttäjälle!

Palvelunhallinta

Yrityksen ainoan logon poistaminen Voit nyt poistaa yrityksen logon myös silloin, kun se on yrityksen ainoa tallennettu logo. Aiemmin viimeistä logoa ei voinut poistaa, mutta jatkossa hallinnoit yrityksesi logoja täysin vapaasti.

Palkat

Vahvasti tunnistautuneen palkansaajan nimen muokkaus lukittu Vahvan tunnistautumisen kautta vahvistettua palkansaajan etu- ja sukunimeä ei voi enää muokata niin kauan kuin henkilö on yrityksen aktiivinen käyttäjä. Nimet muuttuvat jälleen muokattaviksi, kun palkansaajan käyttöoikeus yritykseen poistetaan. Muutos varmistaa, että vahvalla tunnistautumisella vahvistetut nimitiedot pysyvät luotettavina.

Palkka-avoimuusraportoinnin kenttä massatoimintoon Lisäsimme palkka-avoimuusraportointiin liittyvän kentän (työntekijäryhmä) palkansaajien "Lisää uusi työsuhde" -massatoimintoon. Kun palkka-avoimuusraportointi on otettu yrityksessä käyttöön, työntekijäryhmä näkyy nyt massatoiminnon ikkunassa ja on pakollinen tieto — kuten yksittäisen palkansaajan työsuhteen tiedoissakin.

Palkkatieto- ja erillisilmoitusten lähetysaika sekunnin tarkkuudella Palkkatieto- ja erillisilmoitusten lähetysaika näkyy nyt sekunnin tarkkuudella. Tarkempi aikaleima helpottaa lähetysten seurantaa ja selvittelyä.

Korjaukset

Olemme korjanneet seuraavat järjestelmässä havaitut virheet varmistaaksemme sujuvan käytön:

Laskentakohteiden hakukentät: Korjasimme virheen, jonka vuoksi laskentakohteiden hakukentät eivät korostaneet hakusanan mukaista laskentakohdetta.

Tiliöintiehdotusten laskentakohteet: Korjasimme virheen, jossa laskentakohteen tunniste ei ollut nähtävissä tiliöintiehdotuksia valittaessa.

Virallinen tuloslaskelma ja tase: Korjasimme virheen, jossa tietyillä tilikartan ryhmärakenteilla (mm. yhdistysten toiminnanalarakenteet) osa kuluryhmistä tulostui raportin loppuun eikä niitä laskettu mukaan summiin. Jatkossa ryhmät näytetään oikean yläryhmänsä alla ja lasketaan mukaan kaikkiin summariveihin ilman asiakkaan toimenpiteitä.

Tuloslaskelman muutosvertailu: Korjasimme virheen, jossa "Tilikauden alusta" -otsikon alla oleva edellisen vuoden päivämäärä oli väärä tuloslaskelman muutosvertailussa.

Skandinaaviset merkit sähköisen allekirjoituksen tiedostonimissä: Korjasimme virheen, jossa ä-, ö- ja å-kirjaimet saattoivat näkyä virheellisesti sähköisen allekirjoittamisen tiedostonimissä, kun tiedosto oli tuotu MacOS-laitteelta.

Poistetun käyttäjän valinta matkalaskuille: Korjasimme vian, jossa yrityksestä poistetun käyttäjän pystyi vielä valitsemaan palkansaajan tiedoissa matkalaskun hyväksyjäksi tai asiatarkastajaksi.

Tulorekisteri-ilmoituksen henkilötunnukset: Tulorekisteri-ilmoituksessa hyväksytään nyt myös vuoden 2022 uudistuksen mukaiset henkilötunnuksen välimerkit.

Netboxin sähköposti-ilmoitukset: Korjasimme virheen Netboxin sähköposti-ilmoituksissa, jonka vuoksi samasta Netbox-viestistä saattoi ajoittain saada useita sähköposteja.

Yrityskutsusivun kaatuminen: Korjasimme virheen, joka aiheutti yrityskutsusivun kaatumisen.

Service Management

Removing the company's only logo You can now remove the company logo even when it is the only logo stored for the company. Previously the last logo could not be removed, but going forward you can manage your company logos freely.

Payroll

Editing of strong-authentication–verified employee names locked A verified employee's first and last name can no longer be edited while they are still an active company user. The names become editable again once the employee's company access is removed. This ensures that names confirmed through strong authentication stay reliable.

Pay Transparency Reporting Field Added to Bulk Action We added the field related to pay transparency reporting (employee group) to the "Add new employment" bulk action for employees. When pay transparency reporting is enabled for the company, the employee group now appears in the bulk action window and is a required field — just as it is in an individual employee's employment details.

Send time of payroll and separate reports shown to the second The send time of payroll reports and separate reports is now shown to the second. The more precise timestamp makes it easier to track and investigate submissions.

Fixes

We have corrected the following system errors to ensure smooth usage:

Cost centre search fields: Fixed an error where the cost centre search fields did not highlight the cost centre matching the search term.

Cost centres in posting suggestions: Fixed an error where the cost centre identifier was not visible when selecting posting suggestions.

Official income statement and balance sheet: Fixed an error where, with certain chart-of-accounts group structures (e.g. associations' activity-area structures), some expense groups printed at the end of the report and were not included in the totals. They are now shown under the correct parent group and included in all total rows, with no action required from the customer.

Income statement change comparison: Fixed an error where the previous year's date shown under the "From the beginning of the fiscal year" heading was incorrect in the income statement change comparison.

Special characters in e-signature file names: Fixed an error where the letters ä, ö and å could display incorrectly in electronic signing file names when the file was imported from a MacOS device.

Removed user selectable for travel invoices: Fixed a bug where a user removed from the company could still be selected as a travel invoice approver or verifier in the employee's details.

Personal identity codes in Incomes Register reports: The Incomes Register report now also accepts the personal identity code separators introduced in the 2022 reform.

Netbox email notifications: Fixed an error with Netbox email notifications that occasionally caused multiple emails to be sent from the same Netbox message.

Company invites page crash: Fixed an error that caused the company invites page to crash.
