Myyntilaskujen luominen onnistuu nyt suoraan Netvisor mobiilissa

Voit nyt luoda ja hyväksyä myyntilaskuja Netvisor-mobiilisovelluksen uusimmalla versiolla 2.4.0. Päivitä tarvittaessa uusin mobiilisovelluksen versio sovelluskaupastasi.

Tämä uudistus on suunniteltu helpottamaan yrittäjän arkea, nopeuttamaan rahaliikennettä ja varmistamaan, ettei yksikään laskutettava työ unohdu matkan varrelle.

Mitä voit tehdä mobiilissa juuri nyt?

Ensimmäinen versio mobiilin myyntilaskutuksesta sisältää seuraavat toiminnot:

Luo uusi lasku: Voit valita laskulle valmiiksi Netvisoriin perustetun asiakkaan ja tuotteet.

Kopioi vanha lasku: Säästä aikaa ja luo uusi lasku käyttämällä aiempaa laskua pohjana.

Tallenna luonnoksena tai esikatsele: Voit tallentaa laskun kesken työn luonnokseksi tai tarkistaa esikatselusta, miltä valmis lasku näyttää ennen sen hyväksymistä.

Hyväksy lähetettäväksi: Kun lasku on valmis, voit hyväksyä sen mobiilissa. Tämän jälkeen lasku on valmis lähetettäväksi Netvisorin selainversiossa. Voit myös automatisoida laskujen varsinaisen lähetyksen Netvisorin selainversiossa, jolloin mobiilissa hyväksytyt laskut lähtevät matkaan täysin automaattisesti.

Creating sales invoices is now possible directly in the Netvisor mobile app 

You can now create and approve sales invoices with the latest version 2.4.0 of the Netvisor mobile app.  If necessary, update to the latest version of the mobile app from your app store.  

This update is designed to simplify the daily life of entrepreneurs, speed up cash flow, and ensure that no billable work is forgotten along the way.  

What can you do with this mobile version now?

The first version of mobile sales invoicing includes the following features:  

Create a new invoice: You can select a customer and products already set up in Netvisor for the invoice.  

Copy an old invoice: Save time and create a new invoice by using a previous one as a template.  

Save as a draft or preview: You can save an invoice as a draft while working on it or use the preview to see what the finished invoice looks like before approving it.  

Approve for sending: Once the invoice is ready, you can approve it on mobile. After this, the invoice is ready to be sent in the browser version of Netvisor. You can also automate the actual sending of invoices in the Netvisor browser version, which allows invoices approved on mobile to be sent completely automatically.
