Getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv ja Getpayrollpaycheckbatch.nv

Getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv mahdollistaa palkkalaskelmien tietojen noutamisen. Uudella Palkkalaskelmien haku (getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv) -rajapintasanomalla voit noutaa listan palkkalaskelmista valitulta palkanmaksupäivältä. Sen jälkeen voit Palkkalaskelman tunnisteen (netvisorkey) avulla noutaa Palkkalaskelman nouto (getpayrollpaycheckbatch.nv) -rajapintasanomalla yksittäisen palkkalaskelman kaikki tiedot.

Patchemployee.nv

Uudella Palkansaajan tietojen muokkaus (patchemployee.nv) -rajapintasanomalla pystyt päivittämän yksittäisiä muuttuneita tietoja palkansaajan perustiedoista (esim. Osoite, Puhelinnumero, Palkkalaskelman toimitustapa tms.). Uudella sanomalla pystyy tuomaan vain muuttuneet tiedot, eikä enää tarvitse päivittää kaikkia palkansaajan tietoja.  

Addjobperiod.nv, editjobperiod.nv ja deletejobperiod.nv

Palkansaajan työsuhteen lisääminen (addjobperiod.nv) -rajapintasanomalla voit lisätä yksittäisen uuden työsuhteen Netvisoriin. Tällä resurssilla tehty lisäys ei vaikuta muihin työsuhteisiin eikä kaikkia työsuhteita tarvitse enää tuoda uudelleen, jos yhden tiedoissa tapahtuu muutos. 

Palkansaajan työsuhteen muokkaaminen (editjobperiod.nv) -rajapintasanomalla pystyt muokkaamaan yksittäistä tietoa jollakin työsuhteella (esim. Ammattinimike, Osa-aikaisuus prosentti, Säännöllinen työaika tms.). Uudella sanomalla pystyy tuomaan vain työsuhteen muuttuneet tiedot, eikä enää tarvitse päivittää kaikkia palkansaajan tietoja. 

Vastaavasti yksittäisen työsuhteen voi poistaa Palkansaajan työsuhteen poistaminen (deletejobperiod.nv) -rajapintasanomalla. Uudet rajapintasanomat käyttävät muokattavan työsuhteen tunnistamiseen työsuhteen netvisorkeytä, jonka pystyt noutamaan Palkansaajan nouto (getemployee.nv) -rajapintasanoman Työsuhteen tiedot (employmentperiod) -tietoryhmällä.

Getpayrollparties.nv

Julkaisimme uuden Tilityspisteiden nouto (getpayrollparties.nv) -rajapintasanoman, jolla pystyt noutamaan kaikki yrityksen tilityspisteet. 

Attachemployeetopayrollparty.nv

Resurssilla pystyt muokkaamaan palkansaajan Työeläkevakuutuksen tyyppiä sekä muokkaamaan tietoa mille tilityspisteelle palkansaaja kuuluu sekä vaihtamaan Tilityspisteelle valittua käsittelyä (esim. Automaattinen käsittely, Ei käsittelyä)

Getrecordtypelist.nv

Resurssilla pystyt noutamaan listauksen kaikista yrityksen kirjauslajeista. 

Deleteworkdayhour.nv

Resurssilla pystyt poistamaan yksittäisen työaikakirjauksen. Uudella rajapintasanomalla pystyy poistamaan myös Hyväksytty-tilaisen työaikatiedon, mikäli sitä ei vielä ole linkitetty mukaan palkkalaskelmalle. Poistaminen kohdistetaan Työaikakirjauksen netvisorkeyn avulla ja tunnisteen saat noudettua Työaikatietojen nouto aikaväliltä (getworkdays.nv) -rajapintasanomalla.

We have added new HRM-resources. 

Getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv and Getpayrollpaycheckbatch.nv 

Getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv enables the retrieval of payroll information. With the new resource Payroll paycheck batchlist (getpayrollpaycheckbatchlist.nv), you can retrieve a list of payslips from the selected payment date. After that, you can use the payslip's identifier (netvisorkey) to retrieve all the data of an individual payslip with the resource Get payroll paycheckbatch (getpayrollpaycheckbatch.nv).

Patchemployee.nv

With the new resource patch employee's information (patchemployee.nv), you can update individual changed information about the employee's basic information (e.g. Address, Phone number, Payroll delivery method, etc.). With this resource you can only import changed information and you no longer need to update all the employee's information.

Addjobperiod.nv, editjobperiod.nv and deletejobperiod.nv 

You can add a single new employment period to Netvisor with the resource Add employment period (addjobperiod.nv). The addition made with this resource does not affect other employment periods, and all employment periods do not need to be imported again if there is a change in the information of one. 

With the resource Edit employment period (editjobperiod.nv), you can edit individual information for an employment period (e.g. Occupational title, Part-time percentage, Regular working time, etc.). With this resource, you can only import the changed information of the employment period, and you no longer need to update all the employee's information. 

Correspondingly, an individual employment period can be deleted with the resource Delete employment period (deletejobperiod.nv). The new resource use the identifier of the employment period to identify the editable employment period, which you can retrieve from the Employment period information (employmentperiod) data group of the resource Get employee (getemployee.nv).

Getpayrollparties.nv

We added a new resource Get settlement points (getpayrollparties.nv) that allows you to retrieve all the company's settlement points.  

Attachemployeetopayrollparty.nv 

With this resource, you can edit the type of the employee's Employment Pension Insurance as well as edit the information to which settlement point the employee belongs to and change the processing selected for the settlement point (e.g. Automatic processing, No processing)

Getrecordtypelist.nv

With this resource, you can retrieve a list of all the company's record types.

Deleteworkdayhour.nv

With the resource, you can delete an individual work time entry. With the new resource, you can also delete working time entry in the Approved status, if it has not yet been linked to the payroll. Deletion is targeted using the worktime entry netvisorkey and you can retrieve the identifier with the Get working hours from time period (getworkdays.nv)
