Olemme havainneet tänä aamuna poikkeuksellista hitautta ja mahdollisia virhetilanteita, jotka poikkeavat järjestelmän normaalista suorituskyvystä. Selvitämme asiaa parhaillaan korkealla prioriteetillä. Pahoittelemme tästä aiheutuvaa ylimääräistä haittaa. Tiedotamme tilanteen etenemisestä heti, kun saamme asiaan uutta tietoa.

Päivitys 11.5. klo 15:45: Päivän aikana esiintyneiden suorituskykyongelmien korjaamiseksi suoritamme Netvisor-ympäristössä huoltotöitä tänä iltana 11.5. klo 21:00 alkaen. Huoltotyöt kestää arviolta noin 3-4 tuntia. Yksittäisen asiakkaan kohdalla huoltokatko voi kestää arviolta noin 45 minuuttia. Pahoittelemme tästä aiheutuvaa haittaa.
Päivitys 12.5. klo 12:30 Eilenaamuna 11. toukokuuta ilmenneiden suorituskykyongelmien selvittämisen jälkeen Netvisorin palvelualustalla suoritettiin huoltotöitä. Työt tehtiin eilen illalla kello 21–23. Käyttökokemuksen parantamiseksi olemme optimoineet alustan kapasiteettia vastaamaan nykyistä tarvetta. Havaintojemme mukaan suorituskyky on palautunut odotetulle tasolle. Seuraamme tilannetta edelleen tarkasti.

This morning, we have noticed unusually slow performance and potential errors that deviate from the system’s normal performance. We are currently investigating the matter as a high priority. Update 11.5. at 13.45 : The observed slowness may also affect the performance of the Netvisor API
Update 11.5. at 15:45: To fix the performance issues encountered during the day, we will perform maintenance work in the Netvisor environment tonight, May 11th, starting at 9:00 PM. The maintenance work is estimated to take approximately 3-4 hours. For an individual customer, the service break may last about 45 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Update 12.5. at 13:30: Following the investigation related to the performance issues on the morning of Monday 11th May maintenance work was conducted in Netvisor's service platform. The work took place between 9PM and 11PM last evening. To remediate the degraded user experience we have optimized and scaled the capacity of the platform to match current demand. Post-op analysis shows the performance has returned to the expected level. We will keep monitoring the situation closely
