A disruption has been detected in Netvisor's customer service chat today, June 17, 2024, starting around 11:00 AM. The disruption is currently under investigation. We are monitoring the situation and will update this notice as the situation develops. Päivitys 18.6. klo 16.30: Olemme tunnistaneet Netvisorin sisäiseen verkkoon liittyvän ongelman, joka aiheuttaa joidenkin palveluidemme toimimattomuuden. Korjaus on otettu käyttöön ja vaikutuksen kohteena olevat palvelut ovat jälleen toiminnassa. Jatkamme tilanteen seuraamista.

Update 18.6. at 16.30: We have been able to identify an issue related to Netvisor's internal networking causing some of our services to not operate correctly. A fix has been deployed and the impacted services are back online. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Päivitys 18.6. klo 10:30: Mm. verokorttien nouto ei ole tällä hetkellä käytettävissä. Myös varmenteiden kanssa on ongelmaa. Asia on korkealla prioriteetillä selvityksessä ja pyrimme saamaan asiaan ratkaisun mahd. pian.

Update 18.6. at 10.30: For example, tax card collection is currently not available. There is also a problem with certificates. This is a high priority issue and we are working to find a solution as soon as possible.

Päivitys 17.6. klo 13.16: Häiriö vaikuttaa myös eri Netvisorin osa-alueisiin kuten esimerkiksi yrityksen perustiedot näkymään ja eri palkat-osion näkymiin. Ongelma on tutkittavana ja päivitämme tiedotetta selvityksen edetessä.

Update 17.6. at 13.16: The disruption also affects different areas of Netvisor, such as the company basic data and settings view and the various payroll section views. The issue is under investigation and we will update the release as the investigation progresses.
