Using Netvisor for stock control

R

I have been asked to move our production inventory into Netvisor.

That, in itself is not a problem.

However, it seems that when we need to update how many items we have on the shelf, it is not easy to update the value.

In the product list, if we take an example product - see attachment "01_NetvisorBasicproductLineView.png", then we can see the entry for [Varastoissa] is zero.

In our Excel worksheet, if we want to change this value, then we just need to click on the cell and type in the new value.

When I select the product from the list and click on the "Edit" icon, the value for the number in stock cannot be edited - see attachment "02_NetvisorBasicProductAmount.png"

However, for Netvisor, the only way we have found to change this value is to do the following steps:

Tuoteet

 > Uusi varastotapahtuma

 > > Valitse tapahtuma

 > > > Inventointi

 > > > > Inventointikirjaus

Which gives the form shown in attachment "03_NetvisorBasicProductNewInvetoryValue.png".

I am assuming that there is a much simpler solution that i have missed.  If so, can someone please show me?

many thanks.

Hello Robert!

Thank you for your message. You can search this product from product listing (Products > Product listing). Click the chosen product from the beginning of the row. Press "add selected to handling basket".

Then upper part of the screen show handling basket button and how many products there are. Now there is supposed to be this one chosen product. Select "perform for products and inventory".

Next you can add desired amount into desired stock and use selected unit price also inventory date can be changed (when products arrived into stock).

If you have further questions in your companys products, you can send us support request to [email protected]. Feel free to contact us if there is anything we can help you with!

Thank you.

I will give that a try.
