Olemme päättäneet edelleen jatkaa vanhan Controllerin voimassaoloaikaa vuoden 2027 loppuun asti. Haluamme varmistaa, että kaikilla asiakkailla on riittävästi aikaa siirtyä uuden Controllerin käyttöön. Samalla ehdimme tehdä ja testata vanhan Controllerin tarpeelliset ominaisuudet uuteen Controlleriin.

Vanha Controller poistuu käytöstä 31.12.2027, johon mennessä kaikki budjettitiedot tulee olla siirrettynä uuteen Controlleriin ja vanha Controller tulee olla otettuna pois käytöstä.

Uuden Controllerin käyttöönotto

Uudessa Controllerissa on laajalti ominaisuuksia, joiden avulla raportointi, budjetointi ja ennustaminen onnistuu aiempaa nopeammin ja sujuvammin.

Uuden Controllerin käyttöönotto riippuu yrityksen paketista. Käyttöönotto tapahtuu seuraavasti:

Basic- ja Core-paketeissa olevat yritykset: Yritys saa uuden Controllerin käyttöönsä päivittämällä Netvisor-paketin Professional- tai Premium-paketiksi Netvisor Storessa. Kun uusi Controller on otettu käyttöön, vanha Controller tulee ottaa pois käytöstä Netvisor Storessa. Vanhan Controllerin laskutus päättyy sen kuukauden lopussa, jonka aikana yritys on ottanut vanhan Controllerin pois käytöstä.

Professional- ja Premium-paketeissa olevat yritykset: Yritys saa uuden Controllerin käyttöönsä automaattisesti, sillä uusi Controller kuuluu Professional- ja Premium-pakettiin. Uutta Controlleria ei tarvitse aktivoida erikseen. Yrityksen tulee ottaa vanha Controller pois käytöstä Netvisor-Storessa. Vanhan Controllerin laskutus päättyy sen kuukauden lopussa, jonka aikana yritys on ottanut vanhan Controllerin pois käytöstä.

Old Controller can still be used until the end of 2027

We have decided to further extend the validity period of the old Controller until the end of 2027. We want to make sure that all customers have enough time to switch to using the new Controller and at the same time we have time to add the requested features of the old Controller to the new Controller.

The old Controller will be discontinued on December 31, 2027, by which time all budget information must be transferred to the new Controller and the old Controller must be decommissioned.

Implementation of the new Controller

The new Controller has a wide range of features that make reporting, budgeting and forecasting faster and smoother than before.

The implementation of the new Controller depends on the company's package. Commissioning takes place as follows:

Companies in the Light Basic and Core packages: The company gets the new Controller by upgrading the Netvisor package to a Professional or Premium package in the Netvisor Store. Once the new Controller has been activated, the old Controller must be deactivated in the Netvisor Store. Billing for the old Controller ends at the end of the month during which the company has taken the old Controller out of use.

Companies in the Professional and Premium packages: The company gets the new Controller automatically, because the new Controller is part of the Professional and Premium packages. The new Controller does not need to be activated separately. The company must decommission the old Controller in the Netvisor Store. Billing for the old Controller ends at the end of the month during which the company has taken the old Controller out of use.
