Netvisorin julkaisutiedote kokoaa yhteen tuotteeseen tehdyt uudistukset, parannukset ja korjaukset. Tiedotteelta löydät sekä pitkän aikavälin kehityssuunnitelman mukaiset tuotejulkaisut että asiakastoiveiden perusteella tunnistetut ja toteutetut muutokset. Kirjanpito

Uudet mallipohjat tilinpäätökseen 

Olemme lisänneet tilinpäätöksen uuteen raporttityökaluun suomenkieliset mallipohjat Rahoituslaskelmalle ja Toimintakertomukselle. Pohjia voi käyttää raporttien alustamisessa sekä varsinaisissa tilinpäätösraporteissa että muissa raporttipohjissa. Valmiit mallipohjat uuteen raporttityökaluun nopeuttavat tilinpäätöksen laatimista huomattavasti, kun raportteja ei tarvitse rakentaa alusta asti itse. Tämä yhtenäistää raportointia ja vähentää manuaalista työtä. 

Vinkki: Ota uusi raporttityökalu ja mallipohjat käyttöön liitetietoihin, rahoituslaskelmalle ja toimintakertomukselle jo ennen tilinpäätösaikaa ja muokkaa pohja yrityksen tarpeisiin sopivaksi, voit hyödyntää tätä pohjaa tilikaudelta toiselle. 

Myynti

Maksun saajan määrittäminen aputoiminimelle 

Lisäsimme aputoiminimen tietoihin uuden asetuksen. Sen avulla aputoiminimellä lähetettävien laskujen maksun saajaksi voidaan asettaa yrityksen virallinen nimi. Muutos liittyy lokakuussa 2025 voimaan tulleeseen EU:n pikamaksuasetukseen. Kun laskulla näkyy yrityksen virallinen nimi, varmistetaan maksujen sujuva perillemeno ja vähennetään pankkien tarkistusten tekemiä hylkäyksiä tai varoituksia.

Palkat

Huomautus työsuhdetilanteesta palkanlaskennassa 

Olemme lisänneet palkkaprosessiin automaattisen ilmoituksen tilanteisiin, joissa palkkaa lasketaan henkilölle, jonka työsuhde on jo päättynyt tai se alkaa/päättyy kesken käsiteltävän palkkajakson. Tämä parannus auttaa palkanlaskijaa havaitsemaan poikkeavat tilanteet heti prosessin aikana.

2026 palkkatietoilmoituksen käsittelysääntömuutokset

Olemme päivittäneet Netvisoriin vuoden 2026 palkkatietoilmoitusta koskevat käsittelysäännöt ja validoinnit. Nämä muutokset varmistavat, että ilmoitukset vastaavat tulevia viranomaisvaatimuksia.

• Poissaolot, palkallinen poissaolo, tiedon on oltava suurempi kuin 0.
• Uusi käsittelysääntö: jos tulolajin koodi on 321-325, ilmoituksella ei saa antaa tulolajia vastaavaa “Vakuuttamisen poikkeustilanteen tyyppi" -tietoa
• Maakoodia FI ei saa antaa, jos annettu Tunnisteen tyyppi on muu kuin Y-tunnus, Suomalainen henkilötunnus tai Muu tunnus
• Tulonsaajan lisätiedon tyypiksi voi antaa samanaikaisesti ilmoituksella vain yhden seuraavista: Ulkomailla asuva vuokratyöntekijä, Ulkomailla asuva vuokratyöntekijä ilma-aluksella, Ulkomailla asuva vuokratyöntekijä vesialuksella tai Tulonsaaja on oleskellut Suomessa enintään 183 päivää verosopimuksessa tarkoitettuna ajanjaksona.
• Päivitetty autoedun päästöarvon ilmoittamista, jatkossa päästöarvona voi ilmoittaa vain arvon 0.
• Tunniste tieto ei saa alkaa tai päättyä tulostumattomaan white space -merkkiin, eikä tieto saa sisältää tulostumattomia white space -merkkejä, pois lukien välilyönti

Ulosoton velallisen suojaosuudet vuodelle 2026

Päivitimme ulosoton velallisen suojaosuuden arvot vuodelle 2026. Vuonna 2026 ulosotossa olevalle velalliselle jätettävä suojaosuus on 33,03 euroa päivässä velallisen itsensä osalta ja 9,65 euroa päivässä velallisen elatuksen varassa olevan puolison, oman lapsen ja puolison lapsen osalta.

Integraatiot

Rajapinnan liitteiden sallitut tiedostomuodot

Lisäsimme aiemman ilmoituksen mukaisesti tiedostovalidoinnin rajapintaresursseihin jotka vastaanottavat tiedostoja. Jatkossa tiedoston pitää olla resurssin tukemaa tyyppiä ja sillä pitää olla tiedoston sisältöä vastaava tiedostopääte tiedoston nimessä. Tämä yhtenäistää liitteiden käsittelyä, sillä jatkossa rajapinta tukee samoja liitetiedostomuotoja ja kokoja kuin Netvisorin käyttöliittymä.

Olemme parantaneet Poikkeukset ja huomiot -widgetin suorituskykyä. Widget latautuu ja toimii nyt aiempaa nopeammin ja sujuvammin.

Korjaukset

Olemme korjanneet seuraavat järjestelmässä havaitut virheet varmistaaksemme sujuvan käytön:

Integraatiot: Korjattu vikatilanne, joka esti uusien rajapintatunnusten luomisen "Luo uusi ulkoisen ohjelman liittämisen tunniste" -painikkeella Ohjelmistorajapintatunnukset-näkymässä.

Aineistokopio: Korjattu tilikausiaineiston lataamiseen liittyvä ongelma, joka ilmeni tietyissä tilanteissa Netvisor-palvelupakettia alennettaessa.

Palkat: Korjattu työajan kirjaamiseen liittyvä ongelma, joka esti lauantain 27.12.2025 merkitsemisen lomapäiväksi.

Accounting

New templates for financial statements 

We have added Finnish templates for the Cash Flow Statement and Annual Report to the new financial statement reporting tool. The templates can be used for initializing reports, as well as for actual financial statement reports and other report templates. Ready-made templates in the new reporting tool significantly speed up the preparation of financial statements, as reports do not need to be built from scratch. This unifies reporting and reduces manual work.

Tip: Start using the new reporting tool and templates for notes, cash flow statements, and annual reports even before the financial statement period begins, and modify the template to suit the company's needs; you can utilize this template from one financial year to the next.

Defining the payee for an auxiliary name 

We added a feature in the auxiliary name details that allows the official company name to be set as the payee on invoices under the auxiliary name. This change is related to the EU's instant payment regulation that came into effect in October 2025. When the official company name appears on the invoice, it ensures smooth delivery of payments and reduces rejections or warnings caused by bank checks.

Salaries

Notification regarding employment status in payroll calculation 

We added a notification to the payroll process if salaries are calculated for an employee whose employment has ended, or starts/ends during the pay period. This improvement helps the payroll clerk detect exceptional situations immediately during the process.

Processing rule changes for the 2026 wage income reports 

We updated the processing rules for the 2026 wage income reports in Netvisor. These changes ensure that the reports meet upcoming regulatory requirements.

• Absences, paid absence: The reported value must be greater than 0.

• New processing rule: If the income type code is 321–325, the “Type of exception to insurance" corresponding to the income type must not be reported.

• Country code: The country code FI must not be used if the provided Identifier type is anything other than Business ID, Finnish personal identity code, or Other identifier.

• Additional income earner information: Only one of the following "Additional income earner information" types may be reported simultaneously: Leased employee living abroad; Leased employee living abroad, working on board a Finnish aircraft; Leased employee living abroad, working on board a Finnish ship; or Income earner did not stay longer than 183 days in Finland during the Tax-Treaty-defined sojourn period.

• Car benefit emission value: Updated the reporting rules; going forward, only the value 0 can be reported as the emission value.

• Identifier data validation: The data must not begin or end with a non-printable whitespace character, nor may it contain non-printable whitespace characters, with the exception of a standard space.

Garnishment protected earnings for 2026 

We updated the garnishment protected earnings values for 2026. In 2026, the protected earnings left for a debtor under garnishment will be 33.03 euros per day for the debtor themselves and 9.65 euros per day for a dependent spouse, own child, or spouse’s child.

Integrations

Allowed file formats for API attachments 

As previously announced, we have added file validation to the api resources that receive files. From now on, files must be of a type supported by the resource and have a file extension in the file name that corresponds to the file content. This unifies the handling of attachments, as in the future, the API will support the same attachment file formats and sizes as the Netvisor user interface.

Performance improvement in the home page widget 

We have improved the performance of the Exceptions and Notices widget. The widget now loads and functions faster and more smoothly than before.

Fixes

We have corrected the following system errors to ensure smooth usage:

Integrations: We fixed the issue that prevented the creation of new API identifiers using the "Create new identifier for connecting external software" button in API identifiers view.

Data Copy: Fixed an issue related to downloading financial year data that occurred in certain situations when downgrading the Netvisor service package.

Salaries: We corrected an issue in working time recording to allow Saturday, Dec 27, 2025, to be marked as a vacation day.
