Financial statement settings
The Edit button allows you to enter the financial statement settings in edit mode. In the financial statement settings section, you define what information will be visible in the financial statement balance book.
You can write the desired title in the financial statement title field. If the company needs to prepare a final settlement or interim financial statement, the title field can be changed to match the appropriate purpose. If the Financial statement executor field is left empty, the basic company of the person who executed the financial statement will appear in the field. By manually writing in the field, you can display the desired text in the balance book.
Signatories are added to the financial statement signature section. If there are multiple signatories, new signatories can be added in the Add new signatory section. There is no limit to the number of signatories. Additionally, you can change the order of signatories or remove a desired signatory from the view. Furthermore, the CEO/responsible person is automatically included in the financial statement signature invitation when the invitation is created from the fiscal year archive. If the CEO appears as a signatory twice, check that they have not been manually added as a signatory.
In the financial statement entry section, you can decide whether the entered information will be displayed in the financial statement balance book or not. The text field for the financial statement entry can be manually entered with the desired text. There is no limit to the number of signatories.
All modifications made to the settings are saved with the Save button at the bottom.
Accounting and voucher type settings
In the accounting and voucher type settings, the active accountings from Netvisor are automatically included. Other accountings can be added by the accountant. The same principles apply to voucher types. Naming and changing the voucher number range for vouchers in Netvisor is restricted. Voucher types and voucher number range are displayed in this view based on the active fiscal year in the financial statement view. This information is visible in the balance book on the list of accountings and materials page.
Archiving settings: The storage method for the financial statement must be manually written in the Archiving text field.
Accountings: In the accountings section, you select which accountings the financial statement includes. For example, different sub-accountings can be listed in this section. Information can be added manually through the Edit button in the Add new accounting section and choose whether the information will be visible or not. The Selected option makes the information visible.
Voucher types: Displays the company's voucher types and the first and last voucher number. Naming and changing the voucher number range for vouchers in Netvisor is restricted.
Balance sheet specification settings
For balance sheet specifications, existing information can be changed, but there can only be one creator, reviewer, and approver for the balance sheet specification. The creator information for the balance sheet specification also appears in the Fiscal Year Archive in the "Accountant" field.
In the opening balance and period change section, you decide whether the opening balances and period changes are displayed in the balance sheet specification.
In the zero balance rows section, you can choose whether zero balance rows are displayed in the balance sheet specification. The selection includes zero balance accounts and tracking objects.
Financial statement report settings
On the financial statement report settings tab, you can decide on the formation of attachment vouchers. The options are to create attachment vouchers as a separate report or after the balance sheet specifications.
If the formation of the balance sheet specification is slow and there are multiple attachment vouchers, it is advisable to try creating attachment vouchers as a separate report.
Translation of settings and modification of title information
It is possible to modify the title texts in the financial statement settings and set translations for the texts. Defining translations in the financial statement settings is possible when foreign languages such as Swedish and/or English are defined in the company's basic information (Company menu > Company basic information and settings > Basic information).
Editing title texts allows you to modify previously fixed title information printed in the financial statement. At the same time, it is possible to provide a translation for the modified texts, which will be printed when the user's default language is changed.
Editing and translating titles is possible for the following titles:
Financial statement settings:
- Financial statement title
- Financial statement entry text
- Financial statement entry signature location
- Signature page title
- Financial statement signature
- Signature location
Accounting and voucher type settings:
- Archiving text
Balance sheet specification settings:
- Creator entry
- Review and approval entry
The fiscal year interval of the financial statement is automatically printed in the financial statement title information below the title given in the settings.
