You can open the view by selecting Groups > Group management.
In the view:
- you can see all defined groups with their companies
- you can only see the groups for which you have access rights to all companies (including the elimination company)
- you can access the group management view from the edit icon on the row
- you can create a new group
Setting the group as active
Proceed as follows to set a group as active:
- Find the desired group in the group list.
- Select the (Set as active) link following the group name.
- Only one group can be active at a time.
When you set a group as active:
- you set the selected group as the reporting group, meaning that reports handle this selected group
- you also set the elimination company of the selected group as the active company, through which group management and elimination occur
Group key figures
For each group, it is shown when its group key figures were calculated.
- The key figures of the individual companies within the group must be calculated for the calculation of the group figures to be possible.
