Calculating group key figures for corporations and company groups

Group key figures are calculated automatically overnight. You can also calculate the values manually at a desired time.

When group key figures can be calculated
You can open the view or perform the function by selecting Controller > Calculation > Group key figures.

• Make sure that the key figures of each company in the group have been calculated (calculation performed column).
• If the key figure calculation has not been done for some company, perform the key figure calculation for that company.
• Go to the company’s key figure calculation by selecting the Calculation link.

Calculating group key figures

• If the key figures of all companies have not been calculated, the group key figures cannot be calculated.

All company key figures calculated > group key figures can be calculated.

• When the key figures of all companies have been calculated, you can calculate the group key figures.
• Even if the group key figures have already been calculated, you can recalculate them if necessary.

• At the bottom of the page, you can see when the group key figures were last calculated, or a notification if the calculation has not been performed.
• Select the function with which you recalculate the group key figures.

During the calculation, a small window opens on the page. Once the calculation is complete, the window closes automatically.

Calculated group key figures are utilized in the Controller’s monitoring views.

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I calculate group key figures?
You cannot calculate group key figures if the key figures of all companies in the group have not been calculated. First perform the key figure calculation for each company via the Calculation link.

Where can I see whether group key figures have been calculated?
At the bottom of the page, you can see when the group key figures were last calculated, or a notification if the calculation has not been performed.

Can I recalculate group key figures?
You can recalculate the group key figures if necessary, even if they have already been calculated earlier.
