This help article explains the Alisa Laskulaina Service, how to implement, enable, activate, start using it, and its operating principles.
Alisa Laskulaina is an invoice financing Service integrated into Netvisor, which allows you to get immediate access to funds from your Sales invoices. You will receive the funds from financed invoices to your bank account on the same day. The Service pricing is transparent and you only pay a one-time fee per sent invoice. No opening or monthly fees, or other hidden costs. Accounts receivable matching and bookkeeping are handled automatically. Alisa Laskulaina includes reminder and Collection services at no extra charge, and if you wish, you can remove buyer risk with credit insurance.
Implement, enable, activate, start using
Alisa Laskulaina is available for all Netvisor Service packages. Using the Service requires that at least the bookkeeping and sales modules of Netvisor Services are in use, and the implementation, enabling, activation, starting to use can be started by a user who has one of the following access rights:
- User administrator (KH)
- Accounting office administrator (TPK)
- Company administrator
- Company user profile
- All rights profile
The person activating the Service must have an email address set in their own basic settings, and a verified email address in the user’s communication settings.
The Service contracts must be signed by a person with the company’s signing authority.
Factoring services, Kassavirta Plus Service and Amili Kassavirta Service cannot be used simultaneously with Alisa Laskulaina, so they must be closed before opening the Service.
If the company is using the Amili Collection Service or Intrum Oy’s reminder and Collection Service, these can remain as they are, but only those company invoices that are not within the scope of Alisa Laskulaina can be sent to them.
If invoices are imported via the interface, using the Service requires that invoices are imported with the status "Unsent" and sent from Netvisor. Invoices must always have complete address details so that the transfer of invoices to Alisa Laskulaina is successful, because invoices are transferred to Alisa Laskulaina as e-invoices. Address details must be complete regardless of the channel through which invoices are sent to customers.
Alisa Laskulaina is implemented, enabled, activated, started using via Netvisor Store:

- Click the Store button on the right in the top menu
- In Store, select Additional services and Alisa Laskulaina, then click: Start implementation, enabling, activation, starting to use
- Make the requested additional selections and send
- Alisa Bank will contact you to implement, enable, activate, start using the Service
Operating principles
Once the Service has been implemented, enabled, activated, started using, the desired customers must be included in the scope of Alisa Laskulaina financing. Customers are added via Sales > Settings > Invoicing settings > Factoring accounts > in this view, click the number in the "Selected customers" column. This takes you to the customer listing, where you can add the customers you want to the scope of financing. After this, invoices for the selected customers will be transferred to Alisa for financing when the invoice is sent.
Sales invoices are automatically assigned a Service-specific reference number, which cannot be edited. A transfer clause for customer payments is also added to the invoices, as well as an Alisa Bank client funds account, which is created in Netvisor when the Alisa Laskulaina Service is activated.
Notes
If the customer’s billing country is other than Finland, the billing currency is other than Euro, or the invoice is a consumer e-invoice, the invoice will not be transferred to the Alisa Laskulaina Service. Intra-group invoices are also not eligible for financing.
Direct payments
If the end customer makes the payment directly to the company’s own bank account using the original reference number of the invoice, and the payment is allocated to the invoice either automatically or recorded manually, this information is automatically forwarded to the Alisa Laskulaina Service. The direct payment must be returned to Alisa Bank with the original invoice details (amount and reference number) so that the financing debt related to the invoice is settled.
Credit notes
If an invoice sent via the Service needs to be credited, the credit must be created directly from the original invoice by selecting Sales invoice functions > Create credit note. The credit note must either be sent to the customer or at least printed locally so that a voucher is created for it and the information is automatically forwarded to the Service.
NOTE! If invoices are imported via the interface, the credit note must be imported without a voucher. Once the credit note has been transferred to Netvisor, the correct invoice number must be set for it in the "Credited invoice" field. As a result of this action, the information about the invoice to be credited is also correctly forwarded to the Service.
Bookkeeping accounts and voucher type
The following accounts are used for posting Alisa Laskulaina Service transactions:

If the company has previously used the OP Laskulaina or Kassavirta Plus Service, the new accounts created when implementing, enabling, activating, starting using Alisa Laskulaina will be created in the next available account numbers in the 2840 and 1700 series.
The system uses voucher type RA Financing services for posting financing transactions, and voucher type MS Sales transaction for posting payments.
In bookkeeping, granted credits and the financing costs charged for them are processed on a daily basis.
When a customer pays an invoice sent to the Alisa Laskulaina Service, the payment is posted to the Sales invoice in the normal way.
For Alisa Laskulaina, it is not possible to edit the default accounts in Netvisor; these are fixed.
Removing the Service
Removing Alisa Laskulaina from use is done via Netvisor Store. Once the Service has been closed, new invoices will no longer be transferred to Alisa. If there remains outstanding financing debt in the Service that cannot be settled from payments of financed invoices, Alisa Bank will send the company an invoice for the outstanding debt.
