This guide provides instructions on using the Tax Obligations view in Netvisor, which offers accountants an easy way to track information received from the tax authorities, such as requests for clarification and decisions. This information helps reduce the handling of emails from the tax authorities.
CONTENTS
Tax Obligations view
The Tax Obligations view contains information retrieved from the tax authorities, which the tax authorities send via email to customers. The view displays various requests for clarification sent by the tax authorities, decisions given by the tax authorities, and advance tax. The purpose of the view is to facilitate the accountant's work by reducing the need to go through emails from the tax authorities and check whether there are matters requiring action from the customer.
The Tax Obligations view displays those customer accounts selected from the My Customers - Financial Management - or Payroll - sections.
NOTE! The visibility of information in the Tax Obligations view requires an accounting firm certificate, which is only available to accounting firms. If the accounting firm's customer is a direct customer, meaning no accounting firm linkage has been formed, the information retrieved from the tax authorities will not be visible in the Tax Obligations view. This is because direct customers use a different tax authority certificate than the one used by accounting firms. More information can be found on the Tax Authority Certificate - instruction page. The use of the view also requires that the accounting firm has an accounting firm certificate in use. In this case, the view also displays the accounting firm's own information.
In the Tax Obligations view, the period affects the fields:
- Requests for clarification (pcs)
- Decisions and letters (pcs)
- Event search (pcs)
This does not affect the fields:
- Income tax return due date
- Estimated advance tax
- VAT declaration
- VAT payment
