You can add a new user to the company's environment from the menu under the company's name > Users and roles > link (above the listing on the right) Add new user or grant access rights to a person outside the company > enter the personal identity code of the user to be added > check > on the next page, enter the required information > save. You can edit the user's rights and roles by clicking on their name.
