Netvisor integration implementation
When you want to integrate your service to work together with Netvisor or want to develop new business based on them, follow these steps:

- Getting to know the API documentation: Explore the possibilities of the Netvisor interface from the API documentation and the Postman example
- Ordering the test environment: Subscribe to the test environment by registering as a partner using the form. You will receive test credentials and an information pack to implement the integration
- Deployment of the test environment: Implementation and testing of the integration in the test environment, with partner support as technical support
- Review of the implementation: Voluntary consultation with a technical expert
- Validation of integration: Partner notifies the completion of the integration with a form, we validate the implementation and then deliver the partner IDs to the production environment
- Production partner credentials: Integration is complete, the integration can be deployed in the Netvisor production environment
If you have any questions about the content of the software partnership or how to become a partner, please send an email to partner.solutions@visma.com

Software partnership
External application can be integrated to Netvisor by using our Web Service Interface, which enables bidirectional data transfer between systems.
By implementing the integration interface to Netvisor and joining our software partnership, we offer the following benefits:
- Free access to the partner program and freedom of business
- Well documented API and instructions
- Visibility on marketplace
- Community to support your development and marketing
- Growing and stable customer base
Netvisor integration partners get to join Netvisor Community, our cooperation and communication channel, that is used by our customers, our employees, and everyone interested in Netvisor. In Community, there is own discussion section also for integration related topics. We inform all updates to Netvisor API and other relevant news in Community, so we recommend following the discussions there.
Checklist for new partner
Our goal is to offer our partners an efficient and quick way to test the implementation and ensure a quality transition to production. In case of problems, contact partner support.
- Ensure that the Netvisor interface offers the possibility to implement the integration. If necessary, you can consult partner support.
- Choose the partnership level that suits you best. You can find the partnership levels and more information about the benefits and advantages of the partnership in the Software Partners Material Bank
- Join as a partner by filling out the form. Order test credentials and test environment at the same time. We will send the credentials and instructions to the email address provided in the form. If you chose the partnership level as Partner, we will send a separate agreement to be signed with Visma Sign.
- Log in to Netvisor and get to know the test environment. You can also make changes to default settings and services if necessary.
- Create API identifiers and allow access rights to interface resources for the integration.
- Read "Tietoturva ja tunnistautuminen.pdf", which you received as an email attachment along with the test credentials.
- Send a request to get customerlist -resource (customerlist.nv) to ensure MAC calculation and authentication to the interface is successful.
- If you need test data for the environment, contact tuki.netvisor@visma.com.
- When you are ready, test your implementation thoroughly.
- After testing, fill the validation form, where we ask more details about the functionality of the integration.
- After sending the form, partner support will validate your integration implementation and deliver the necessary partner credentials for the production environment.
- To deploy the integration in the customer's Netvisor, you need the customer's API credentials, which are created according to this guide. Additionally, the customer must activate the software interface service in Netvisor and allow the use of the integration from the Rights of interface resources view. Read more in the guide Rights of interface resources.
Test environment
Production environment is not meant for testing, so test all implementations and changes in the test environment before moving to production. We do not recommend using real or sensitive data in the test environment. During the testing phase, special attention should be paid to performance management and information security.
When you receive the credentials for the test environment, it is completely empty. You can create data manually through the user interface or import customers, products, and vouchers in csv format using Netvisor's internal tools.
Partner support can also run test data with a ready-made script in the empty test environment. In this case, contact tuki.netvisor@visma.com.
The script generates:
- A few products, customers, and vendors (10 each)
Account number for vendors (starting with some main banks' initial numbers with a check digit added at the end)
- Sales invoices and their vouchers (10 each month * 12 months) (drill-down includes invoice link)
- Purchase invoices and their vouchers (10 each month * 12 months) + some PDF attachment
- Vouchers for multiple cost accounts, entry = cost account Debet AN 1910 Bank account Credit
using accounts between 7000-7999. So 7000 debet vat 10-24 and 1910 credit
