This help explains vendor groups and the management of vendor groups in Netvisor. In the view, you can browse existing vendor groups, create new vendor groups, and delete vendor groups.
You can open the view by selecting Vendor register > Vendor groups.

Supplier group management
Different vendor groups can be created for the grouping of vendors. You can find vendor group management through the Vendor groups link.
Vendor groups are listed in a table.
New supplier group
A new vendor group is added by pressing the Add new vendor group button in the vendor listing. A name is given to the new vendor group, and it is saved.
- Press the Add new vendor group button in the vendor listing.
- Give the new vendor group a name.
- Save the vendor group.
Deleting a group
A vendor group can be deleted from the vendor group listing from the group's name and the delete button. If a vendor group is deleted and it still contains vendors, they will be returned to the vendor listing section where no vendor group is defined.
- Select the vendor group to be deleted from the vendor group listing.
- Press the delete button next to the group name.
- Note that if the vendor group still contains vendors, the vendors will be returned to the vendor listing section where no vendor group is defined.
