The holiday payslip is a summary of the employee's accumulation of holiday days, the amount of holiday pay, and any possible holiday bonus. The holiday payslip is usually printed at the end of the holiday year, showing the accumulations for the entire holiday year.
The format and content of the holiday payslip depend on the employee's holiday calculation method. Ending the holiday year and forming the holiday payslip
The employee can also manually define the holiday price and the holiday bonus day price. The values must be set before forming the holiday payslip, so the holiday payslip is determined according to the set values.
The holiday payslip can be formed in the section Pay > Holiday management > Holiday year prices and holiday payslips.
To be able to print the holiday payslip, you need P-role access rights.
Holiday payslip preview and formation
Select the employees to be processed. You can select one or more employees for processing simultaneously. It is recommended to select small groups if there is something to correct in the data, as if you need to correct the information of an individual payslip, you will have to reload all the payslips being processed. Select Preview and form holiday payslips.

The holiday payslip download window looks like this. If there are many payslips to download, it may take a moment, and the window shows the progress of the download.

If an error occurs during formation, the download window remains visible and indicates whose payslip was not formed.

When you interrupt the preview download, you can use the Continue button to view the holiday payslips that were formed before the interruption.
Holiday payslip content
The content of the downloaded holiday payslip looks like this for the example person. The content of the holiday payslip is influenced by the settings in the person's information. Holiday management

1. Information about the holiday accrual year, the total accumulated holiday days during it, and the holiday pay and possible holiday bonus accumulated for the entire year.
2. Holiday calculation settings, which can be viewed on the Holiday management page.

4. Holiday calculation methods. This section shows the holiday calculation method set for the person for the specific holiday accrual year and the formula based on which the holiday pay and holiday bonus have been calculated for the person. If the calculation rule "User-entered value" is selected for the person's holiday calculation method, only the set amounts and their resulting outcome will be visible.
If errors appear in the information of the holiday payslip, the preview is closed, and the employee's information is corrected. Direct changes cannot be made to the holiday payslip. The preview can be opened as many times as necessary. If multiple holiday payslips are selected for processing, all payslips must be accepted or rejected simultaneously.
At the bottom of the view, it is indicated whether holiday day rounding is on or not. The setting can be changed on the Payroll settings page.

Select holiday calculation rule
When the holiday payslip preview looks correct, you can still save the selected settings and save the holiday payslip.

"The holiday calculation method and selected calculation rule are saved for the employee to be visible for the specific holiday year. Fixed prices for holiday days are saved to be visible only if the calculation rule "User-entered value" is selected.
The calculation rule does not affect the formation of the holiday payslip. Holiday payslips are visible to employees in their basic information, on the Payslips tab.
Holiday days, holiday pay, and holiday bonus created by holiday day rounding are added to the next month's Accrual changes. By accepting the accrual change, you can add the rounding days and euros to the holiday pay debt and record the accrual in bookkeeping."
The settings are saved in the Holiday year prices and holiday payslips view.
When you select the "User-entered value" option, the values must be manually entered into the person's information before saving the holiday payslip by selecting the edit button on the Holiday year prices and holiday payslips tab, which releases the Holiday price and Holiday bonus day price information for editing. When the prices are manually entered, only the prices and the calculated outcome will be visible on the holiday payslip, and the holiday calculation formula will not be visible.
Holiday payslips can be found in the future on the Pay > Holiday management > Holiday year prices and holiday payslips page.

The holiday payslip can be formed as many times as necessary. All holiday payslips are saved, but you can also delete unnecessary ones by opening the payslip and selecting "delete" from the bottom left.

The latest version of the holiday payslip is visible to the employee on the "payslips" tab, currently only in the browser.
