Other authentication countries
Logging into Netvisor is also possible using ID cards from Estonia, Norway, and Sweden. More information can be found in the guide Logging into the service with Estonian, Norwegian, and Swedish ID cards.
Two-factor authentication
Use two-factor authentication (2FA), which has been implemented to further enhance Netvisor security due to increased phishing attempts.
Note the operation of two-factor authentication:
- Two-factor authentication is automatically enabled.
- Authentication is not required for every login.
- Authentication is activated when you log in to Netvisor from a new IP address.
- The IP address may change, for example, due to a network device restart or the internet service provider's settings.
Proceed when two-factor authentication is activated:
- Wait until you receive a six-digit confirmation code by SMS.
- Check that you receive the same confirmation code also by email.
- Enter the code on the page that opens during login before starting to use Netvisor.

Prevent unauthorized use with two-factor authentication, even if strong authentication details have been subject to phishing.
Ensure the functionality of two-factor authentication by keeping users' contact information up to date in Netvisor.
As a KH user, proceed as follows when you add a phone number used for communication for another user:
- In Netvisor, open the basic menu from the company name > Users and roles.
- Select the desired user.
- Select Edit user personal information > Edit user information.
- Set the phone number used for communication.
- Save the information.
Note the following in contact information management:
- The email address can only be set by the user themselves.
- The phone number can be set by the KH user.

Check and update your own contact information when you can log in to Netvisor. In the top right corner of the browser version, select your name > My basic settings > My basic data.

Frequently asked questions
What should I do if logging into Netvisor is blocked or not working?
First check whether there are any notifications about general login disruptions. Open the information by selecting Community's important announcements.
Follow the instructions below if there is no general disruption.
Two-factor authentication
If you receive a notification that you are logging into Netvisor from a new IP address and the one-time confirmation code does not arrive due to an incorrect phone number, proceed as follows:
- Ask your company's Netvisor environment KH user (user administrator) to add your up-to-date communication phone number in Netvisor so that the six-digit confirmation code is sent to the correct number. In Netvisor, this is done from the basic menu that opens from the company name > Users and roles > select the desired user > Edit user personal information > Communication tab > set the phone number and save. Note that you set the email address yourself, but the phone number can be set by the KH user.
- After logging in, correct your communication address yourself and add the communication email address for yourself. In the top right corner of the browser version, select your name > My basic settings > Communication tab.
Incorrect basic company
If you receive an error message when logging in stating “There is a problem with access rights, please contact your accounting office,” this refers to an incorrect basic company.
- Note that if a user's access to their basic company is removed, the user cannot log in to any other company, even if they have rights to them.
- In this case, follow the instructions in the message you received and contact your accounting office.
Logging into Netvisor's browser version with bank credentials
If you try to log into Netvisor's browser version with bank credentials and receive an error message:
- Try logging into another service requiring strong authentication, such as OmaVero.
- Ensure with the company's administrator that you have a valid user account in the company's Netvisor user listing. Note that if you are only added to the employee listing, logging into the browser version will not be possible.
- If you can log into Netvisor's mobile version with bank credentials but not the browser version, this usually indicates that you do not have a valid user account for the browser version. The company itself is always responsible for access rights and their changes.
Logging into Netvisor mobile app
If you receive an error message when logging into the Netvisor mobile app:
- Check your device's app store to see that you have the latest version of the Netvisor mobile app.

- Authenticate in the app and try logging in again.
Note that the minimum requirements for the Netvisor mobile app regarding device operating systems are Android 12 and iOS 16.
If you still cannot log into the mobile app after the above actions, describe in your support request as accurately as possible:

- the operating system version
- the app version.
