The payment view consists of materials transferred from various parts of payroll to payment. The purpose of the view is to transfer the created payment materials to the bank for payment. The view has separate sections for different types of payments.
The payments in the Payslips section are sent to the bank as recurring payments, meaning they are in the employee's account on the salary payment date specified in the material. Payments from other sections are sent to the bank as bank transfers, meaning they are in the account 1-3 banking days after the due date.

Sending material to the bank
You can open the view or perform the function by selecting Payroll > Payroll > Pay salaries or Travel > Pay travel and account of expenses.
- Select the material by checking the checkbox in front of the row (see image below, point 1).
- Check the correctness of the Salary payment date or Due date (2).
- Salary payment date defines the day the pay is in the employee's account.
- Due date defines the day the payment leaves the company's account.
- Select the bank account from which you want to make the payment (3).
- Select "Continue to confirmation view" (4).
- Select "Authenticate to continue to payment" (5).
- At this point, authentication through strong identification is required to verify identity. Authentication is session-specific, meaning if you make multiple payments in the same company during the same session, no new authentication is required.
- Check the information and select "Pay and send earning payment reports". You can also pay the salary without sending the earning payment report (6).

Confirming salary payment materials
Payments for salaries, travels, settlements, and external payments can also be set to require payment confirmation.
Payment confirmation is managed with the same setting, under Payment confirmation in Purchase invoices, salaries, and travels.
When payment confirmation is enabled, a Confirmations section appears in the salary payment view, where you can track the number of necessary confirmations before making the payment.
More information on payment confirmation and usage can be found in the guide Payment confirmation

Bank transaction view
The monitoring view for bank and invoice transactions (Purchases > Payments > Bank transaction view) lists the latest successful transaction, as well as all erroneous and pending materials by transaction type.
User guide: Bank transaction view
Salaries (recurring payments) and travel expense reports are always shown as 0-sum, so the ledger user cannot see the amount of paid salaries/travel expense reports through this.
Salary payment and due dates
Detailed instructions on editing salary payment and due dates can be found: Salary payment and due dates

You can open the view or perform the function by selecting Company menu > Sales and purchase ledger rights.
- Open the view.

- Add rights "Purchase invoice and salary payer" and "Bank transfer payer".

- Remember to save the changes.
