You can view your own payslips by selecting Working hours > Holidays and pay > Payslips
The employee sees their own payslips in pdf format from Netvisor's employee listing or Netvisor's mobile application. The employee can view their own basic data from Netvisor's browser version only if they have been added as an actual user in Netvisor's Users and roles listing. All employees can see their pay information from the Netvisor mobile application.

Information visible on the payslip
Information visible on payslips, such as holiday information, cannot be hidden; all information is mandatory and presented in the pdf printout.
1. Payer information

The payer information and company logo are shown in the left corner of the payslip. The information includes the company name and address. The company's basic data and logo are found in the company menu and are visible only to limited users:

2. Recipient information
The recipient information shows the employee's name and address, which are saved in the employee's basic data.
Pay > Personnel > Employee listing > Employee name > Employee information
The employee can view their own basic data from Netvisor if the employee has been added as a user in Netvisor.

3. Payment date
The payment date refers to the salary payment date, i.e., the day the salary is in the employee's account. The salary payment date is defined in Netvisor in the salary model settings.

4. Pay period

The pay period refers to the salary earning period. Pay periods are defined on the Payslips and periods page.

If the employee's employment has ended, the end date of the pay period is shown as the end date saved in the employment information.

5. Personal identity code
The payslip information shows the employee's personal identity code. If you do not want to show the personal identity code on the payslip, you can hide the information as follows:
- Select Pay > Settings > Payroll settings
- Change the setting as needed.

The change does not retroactively affect already created pdf files.
6. Occupational title
The occupational title is found in the employee's employment and is mandatory information in the income register.

7. To be paid to account
The account number saved in the employee's basic data. The account number is mandatory for salary payment. Only one account number can be saved in the employee's information. Salaries and travel and expense reimbursements are paid to the same account number.
You can set the payroll settings to require the employee's account number:
- Select Pay > Settings > Payroll settings
- Change the setting as needed.

8. Employment start date
The start date saved in the employee's employment.
9. Available holidays
The employee's available holidays are the holidays accumulated by the end of the previous holiday accrual year on 31.3.20xx. Holidays are shown on the payslip from the Holiday pay debt function when selecting "all information" from the employee's row.

10. New holiday accumulation
The employee's accumulated holidays for the current holiday accrual year, accumulated according to the set accrual rule based on TES or the holiday law, 2 or 2.5 days/month starting from 1.4.20xx. New accumulated holidays are retrieved from the Holiday accumulations function for the payslip.

11. Tax card information
The tax card information shows the employee's tax card details.

12. Text before payslip rows
The text is optional. You can add text from the employee's basic data, and it is shown on the employee's payslip.

13. Payslip row information
The payslip row information shows the salary types with which the salary has been paid to the employee. Mandatory salary types are Salary in money, Gross pay, Insurance deductions, Withholding tax, Net wage or salary, and To be paid. Salary types are defined in Netvisor's salary models.

The payslip shows earnings in the "Pay period" column that are paid during that pay period. The "From the beginning of the year" column shows all earnings earned from the beginning of the year. The "From the beginning of the year" and € symbol can be made visible on the payslip for those salary types for which the setting Shown in reports has been activated in company-specific salary types.

Quantity and unit price are shown for salary types that have a unit price or hour information defined in the salary type formulas settings. For example, in the case of payable holiday pay, the quantity column shows the number of payable holiday days. The withholding tax shows the withholding tax percentage. The unit price needs to be detailed if, for example, different priced hourly work is paid.
You can edit the order, formatting, and text size of salary types from the salary model formatting:
Pay > Payroll > Salary model management > Salary model name > Formatting tab

14. Text after payslip rows
The text is optional. You can add text from the employee's basic data, and it is shown at the end of the payslip page. The text fields are employee-specific, and it is not possible to add text in bulk for all employees.
15. Working hours entries 2 (2)
If the employee has used working hours entries and/or the employee's travel and expense report has been paid on the payslip, a second (2) page is printed from the payslip, showing detailed work hours and their cost centers, as well as travel expense report information. The second page is also sent as an e-salary.

You can define in the salary model settings whether you want to print the 2nd page of the payslip:
Pay > Payroll > Salary model management > select salary model > Basic data tab > Show breakdowns of time entries and travel expense reports on payslip

16. Company basic data
The payer's basic data is shown at the end of the payslip. The information comes from the company's basic data:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
- Telefax
- Homepage
- Postal address
- Business id
17. E-salary payslip

The employee sees Maventa E-salary payslips by logging into their online bank. The online bank has a section named E-salary or Salary information.

In the e-salary view, the employee must select Maventa as the payslip vendor. The Maventa E-salary view looks like the image below for the employee.

Proceed as follows in the e-salary view:
- Open the e-salary payslip by clicking the company name (point 1 in the image).
- Open the payslip attachment page by clicking the paperclip (point 2 in the image).

The e-salary payslip opened from the company name appears as shown in the image below:

18. Payslip delivery method
You can deliver the payslip by sending it to the e-salary service, printing locally, or sending to a printing service depending on the selection in the employee's basic data.

19. Payslip language selection
The payslip language selection is determined by the language in the employee's basic data.

Access rights
You can view payslips as follows:
- The employee (Employee profile) sees only their own payslips.
- With the Payroll accountant (P) role, you can see all employees' payslips (pdf) from the employee listing or payroll process.
- With the E role, you can see payslips if the access right is supplemented with company hierarchy approval rights and you have at least read access to "employee management".

Frequently asked questions
Can the personal identity code or holiday information be hidden from the payslip?
Information visible on the payslip, such as holiday information, cannot be hidden as they are mandatory in the pdf printout. However, the personal identity code can be hidden from the payroll settings, but the change does not retroactively affect.
Where is the salary payment date determined?
The payment date is defined in Netvisor in the salary model settings.
Why is the payslip two pages?
If the employee has working hours entries or travel and expense reports paid, a breakdown of these is printed on the second page of the payslip.
How does the employee find the e-salary payslip?
The employee finds the payslip from their online bank in the E-salary or Salary information section.
