General information about two-factor authentication (2FA)
You can enhance login security by enabling two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication means that Netvisor will ask you for an additional confirmation when you log in.
- Approve the login by accepting a push notification sent to your smartphone in Visma Authenticator or
- use another Authenticator app that you have enabled.
Logging into Netvisor Mobile with Visma Connect credentials
Open the Netvisor Mobile app and start logging in as follows.
- Select "No Finnish bank credentials?" in the mobile app.
- In the view that opens, select "Already completed 2-step Authentication".
- Enter the email address of your Visma Connect credentials.
- Enter your Visma Connect password.
After this, the implementation of two-factor authentication (2FA) begins.
Enable two-factor authentication as follows.
- Download the Visma Authenticator app to your phone or use another Authenticator app (see step 2 in the image).
- Download the app from your phone’s app store.
- The Visma Authenticator app is not paid.
- The app store may also offer other Authenticator apps.
- Make sure that you download the correct and secure app.
- Open the Visma Authenticator app on your phone.
- Add your own Visma Connect credentials to Visma Authenticator.
- Approve the Netvisor Mobile login in Visma Authenticator for strong authentication.
At this stage, enter your Visma Connect credentials into Visma Authenticator.
- Accept notifications in the Visma Authenticator app so that push notifications work and you can approve the login.
- Enter your phone number or skip entering the phone number if you do not want to add it at this stage.
- Take note of your personal emergency code.
- Finally, approve the login in the Visma Authenticator app.
- Enter your own PIN code into Netvisor Mobile.
- Confirm the PIN code.
