Creating and content of a bank transfer

You can create a bank transfer in the Purchases > Bank Transfers > New Bank Transfer view. To be able to create bank transfers, you must have editing rights for bank transfers in the function-specific rights. This right is automatically included in the profiles: all rights, company user, accounts receivable user, and accounts payable user.

Bank transfers can only be made to a SEPA area bank account with the currency in euros. Payments outside the SEPA area can be made through a purchase invoice. The payer's account number must be an IBAN formatted Finnish bank account and the currency in euros. If you want to make a currency payment, it must be processed as a purchase invoice. When creating a domestic bank transfer, fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and the bank transfer must include either a reference number or a message. Both can also be used when selecting the "Message + reference" option. NOTE! For international bank transfers, in addition to fields marked with an asterisk, the address is also mandatory.

You can enter an RF reference in the reference field. Currently, Netvisor does not support express payments in bank transfers or purchase invoices.
