Registering for the support portal
Register for the support portal as follows:
- On the front page of the support portal, click Register for our service.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Confirm that you are not a robot by clicking I am not a robot.
- Click Register.
- Check in your browser that you receive a confirmation of registration.
- Log in to your email and open the email sent by the Netvisor support portal.
- Complete the registration by clicking the link in the email.
- Set your password in the view that opens.
Email is already in use
Follow these steps if you receive a notification that your email address is already in use:
- Note that the error message may appear if you have previously been in contact with Netvisor support using the same email address, even if you have not logged in to the support pages.
- Return to the previous page.
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Wait for the email that is sent to the address you provided.
- Follow the instructions in the email and set a new password.

- Create a new support request by clicking the New support request button.

Create a new support request in the support portal as follows:
- Log in to the support portal.
- Click the New support request button.
- Select the topic area your issue concerns.
- Move your mouse over the headings on the right and check what information is good to fill in for the support request for that topic area.
- Fill in as extensive and detailed information as possible about your issue in the support request to speed up its processing.
- Send the support request.
After logging in, follow these steps when you want to view your support requests, edit your profile, or log out:
- Click the arrow button next to your name.
- Select My activities when you want to view your own support requests.
- Select Edit profile when you want to edit your profile.
- Select the log out option when you want to log out of the service.
Viewing your support requests in the support portal
View your own support requests in the My activities view as follows:
- Open the My activities view from the arrow button next to your name.
- View the list of all your open or pending support requests.
- Select from the dropdown menu which status tickets you want to browse.
Create a new support request and edit your existing support requests as follows:
- Click the Create new support request link when you want to create a new support request from the My activities view.
- Note that a copy of the new support request will be sent to your email.
- Open the support request from your activities by clicking it in the list when you want to edit the support request or send additional information.
Editing your profile
Edit your profile using the Edit profile function as follows:
- Open the arrow button next to your name and select Edit profile.
- Change your password if necessary.
- Edit your personal details, such as your name.
- Add a phone number to your account.
- Add a picture and other details to your profile if you wish.
Changing email address
Follow these steps when your email address changes:
- Note that the security of our customers is very important in customer service.
- For security reasons, Netvisor customer service does not change email addresses for existing users.
- When your email address changes, create a new account.
- Create a new account, for example, by registering in the support portal with the new email address or by contacting customer service with the new email address.
