Help for retrieving a certificate
The application for the deployment of the technical interface of the income register is made in the electronic service of the income register. The application also initiates the certificate order.
The application for the deployment of the technical interface can only be made by a person with the right to sign for the applicant organization, i.e.
- CEO
- Deputy CEO
- Officer with sole representation rights
- Katso administrator or – entrepreneur.
When the application is made by an accounting office or another payroll outsourcing partner, it must have a valid assignment contract and authorization to act on behalf of its client company.
The accounting office creates the certificate and uses one certificate to handle reporting on behalf of all clients.
Log in to the electronic service of the income register to make the application at www.vero.fi/tulorekisteri. If you need help with making the application, you can ask for assistance and advice directly from the income register.
Remember these:
- Separate transfer credentials are applied for Netvisor
- Netvisor's channel is the Delayed Web Service interface
- On whose behalf - you can also choose both if the accounting office's own reports are also sent from Netvisor
- Technical contact person is the user of the accounting office
- The certificate order starts automatically
The person marked as the technical contact receives a secure email from the income register and a pin code via text message to open the secure email.

In the secure email, you receive the transfer credential and a one-time password. They are entered in Netvisor through the Income Register widget. For the user to see that widget, they must have at least "edit rights" in the payroll function-specific rights section for "Payroll" and must be set as the company's Netvisor administrator. By clicking the widget text "Certificate for data delivery", a window opens as shown in the image below.
Click on the function highlighted in yellow in the screenshot below "Accounting office-specific certificate".

Enter the transfer credential and one-time password and click "Send certificate retrieval request".
After this, Netvisor takes care of the certificate retrieval process.
