The holiday management views can be accessed from Payroll > Holidays > Holiday management
The holiday management views have a filtering tool that allows you to limit the visibility of employees' accrued holiday information in the holiday management views or payslips:
the total sums of all employment relationships
the first employment relationship or
the latest employment relationship according to the joining date

Holiday pay debt
The holiday pay debt view is divided into two columns; "untaken holiday days" and "holiday pay debt". The "Untaken" section shows holiday days according to the new accrual, recordable holiday days, planned holiday days, and untaken holiday days. The "Holiday pay debt" section shows unpaid holiday days and unpaid holiday bonuses in days and euros. The estimated side cost is determined according to the payroll settings (Payroll > Settings > Payroll settings) "Reduce the employee's share of the side costs of holiday pay accruals" setting, so the estimated side cost is shown either in full or reduced by the employee's share. Unpaid holiday pay and unpaid holiday bonus can be easily reconciled with the holiday accruals formed in bookkeeping based on the information in this column.

Holiday accruals
In the holiday accruals view, employees' holiday accruals are calculated monthly. Calculating holiday accruals retrieves the employee's accrual euros from the "payroll accountant view" visible on the payslip from the "Holiday pay accrual" and "Holiday bonus accrual" salary type values. The holiday days of the accrual month are retrieved according to the holiday day accrual rule selected in the employee's holiday calculation settings. The calculation of accruals is based on the holiday entitlement defined for the employee and the formulas of the holiday calculation method. It is not possible to form a holiday accrual voucher until the holiday accruals have been calculated, which is notified in the voucher formation view. If the holiday calculation settings were not correct when forming the payslip or require manual correction, holiday accruals can be freely edited by clicking the desired cell. If the employee has multiple holiday calculation methods, the values of the cells can also be edited according to the holiday calculation method. In the holiday accruals view, the program's suggested accrual changes can also be accepted. The program suggests an accrual change, for example, when the salary basis of a monthly salaried employee changes, such as in a salary increase situation.

Taken and paid
In this view, the taken holiday days, paid holiday and holiday bonus days, and paid holiday pays and bonuses are shown per employee. The columns can be manually edited as desired by clicking the desired column of the employee or target month depending on the filters. Editing these columns does not form a bookkeeping voucher, and therefore the edits do not affect bookkeeping. A note "User edited value" remains in the cell manually edited by the user. In the "Payslips" column of the view, the payslip is shown for the month in which the calculation falls according to the last date of the pay period and has processed holidays.

Holiday year prices and holiday payslips
In the holiday year prices view, it is possible to set per holiday year and per employee which holiday calculation method, calculation rule, and at what holiday day and holiday bonus day price holidays are to be paid. If the settings are not changed from the default settings, the employee's holidays are paid according to the formula of the holiday calculation method set for the employee. From the view, holiday payslips can also be formed for employees, which show the size of the holiday pay and the basis for its determination.
